Tanya was filling in for my regular rep & did a tremendous job getting me an appointment, rental car while my parts were overnighted, and explaining what all my my car need tweaked. Lisa is always fun to talk with as she takes my money. Overall, great service experience.

My car was towed to Ed Voyles following an accident. Two members of the collision center -- Randy and Chip -- kept in constant touch with me and updated me. I got my car back quickly and all insurance, rental car and other issues were handled by Voyles so I did not have to deal with them.

The service at this location was very good. April was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and was willing to take the time to explain the recall that brought me in.
