Going Downhill Desperate for Sales

Purchased my BMW from Bobby Rahal South Hills and would always get my car serviced here. Went about a 1 year without needing repairs and my engine light came on. Naturally I went there and was surprised when I quoted a RIDICULOUS amount for repairs! Talked to a few buddies of mine and took it to a different car shop, I was quoted about 10% of what I was going to be charged at Bobby Rahal AND told didn’t even need 98% of services they told me I needed. Shady business, I would never go back there in my life. Save your money folks!!! Get a second opinion. They used to be honest, and now their service is going downhill. Very desperate for money and sales. Very disappointing

They lie, cheat, and steal.

They lie, cheat, and steal. Failed my state inspection but did not tell me. They recommonded the tires be replaced on a video that was emailed to me. I declined to purchase tires so they changed the recomendation to a fail but did not inform me. I left thinking that I had a new inspection sticker. I took my F25 to a highly qualified independent BMW mechanic who passed the tires. I did replace them due to age a month later when it was convenient to do so.

Don’t go here to service your car.

Don’t go here to service your car. They had me wait around most of the day even though I waited a week for an appointment. Then they said I needed over $4000 in repairs without much explanation and said that the repairs might bring up new problems to fix. I got a second opinion at an honest and competent independent German car mechanic and they were and able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few hours at a very minimal cost.

Andrew is amazing.

Andrew is amazing. So is his crew. I came here with a car from Florida and had to put a lot of repairs in it and he worked with me was very fair. Pricing was very fair. Of course nothing with a BMW is cheap but I think this dealership far surpasses the dealerships I’m used to in Florida. Florida dealerships could learn by this company‘s customer service. If there were any issues he immediately took it back

No Financial Sense

Business manager does not understand how banking works. Instead of asking finance department or researching, he was more concerned about his pride. Jordan Jesse is a pretty decent salesman, but unfortunately he's held back by management. I do not recommend Bobby Rahal unless you're ready to pay in cash, but the BM might not understand currency either

Excellent service and attention

We purchased a Certified Pre Owned BMW X3. Our sales person, Nick, was very knowledgeable, patient and supporting during our visit. There was no pressure or misdirection. The TA-DA! presentation at the end was exciting as well!
