2007 Forester with low miles
I live in PA and was looking for a very specific used car model which I found here (nearly 4 hrs away) and purchased. Within the one month warranty period they provided, a transmission issue showed up. I had to drive it back down to VA for them to examine and determine a course of action. As the car had to stay there, they provided a courtesy car for me to use. It took several weeks to get the repair finalized, but they persevered and provided me with the assurance that the repair will be guaranteed for 12,000 miles which is important to me as I drive a lot as a real estate agent! I finally got to pick up my car this past weekend. Everyone at the dealership from sales (Johnathan) to service (Bob) to Patti Slack herself were all great to deal with. I wish I was closer so I could continue to use them to service the car. I would highly recommend this dealership as I feel they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt happy and safe with my "new" car. Thanks so much!

Buying car
Just brought me a car there it nice only issue is it just pass inspection but one of my headlights is out I live 52 mile from dealership. I don’t feel like driving back up there because 2 years ago I had 2 strokes so I get tired sometimes I will figure something out

Never made it to the dealership. They just ran my credit,...
Never made it to the dealership. They just ran my credit, told me to get a co signer or get one item removed (CS), off my credit report that they take automaticlly. He never asked what type of car I wanted just interested in running my credit. Never mention anything about their slogan or advertisments in helping people. This was my experience at Shirley Slack but this was my fault by listening to the ads, dealership's claims and believing them.They treated me like a regular dealership would it's no different. Best car buying experience ever.
I don’t normally do reviews but after buying a car from this dealership, I had to share my experience. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and always feel anxious and wonder if I’m getting the best deal possible. After all buying a car is a big purchase My wife wanted to look at the Mitsubishi cross. The salesman pointed us in the right direction and told us to let him know if we wanted to drive anything or had any questions. We test drove 2 cars and left. No pressure at all from the salesman to purchase. We came back the next day and told them what we were looking for and they had it shipped in with no obligation. We bought the car. We had 4 people working with us including the owner. Changed our mind three times and still had their full attention from start to finish. When it came to all the “confusing paperwork”, their finance guy walked through every sentence of every page so that we understood everything we signed. And before we left we ended up with gap insurance and 100000 mile warranty still way under the payment we had agreed on. Can’t say enough about this dealership. It could not have been any better. They go out of their way to make you happy the first time. There was no haggling. I told them what I wanted and what payment and they delivered plus more

Steven Guzman and Whole staff are Wonderful. Buying a pre-owned car was so easy I came back for another car! Steven sold us our first car . 4 months later I came back , asked for Steven and he took care of us again! Great service, Great Staff! You guys made my day and I love both cars! Chris was the nicest salesman. He sold me a SUV. Patty Slack came over and introduced herself, the Sales Manager. What a WONDERFUL experience I had. Most friendliest people I have ever met. After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
