I was pleased with Kendall ford wasilla. The deal was fast and hassle free and for some reason the pricing was four thousand cheaper than the identical truck in Anchorage

Helpful and professional staff, they performed a thorough service, identified a minor problem, made me aware of it and corrected it right away. I appreciate that they take the time to really look over your vehicle before putting it back in service and quickly making sure my vehicle was ready for service prior to letting me take it on the road. .

The staff members I was working with were very polite. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the truck and its features. I just don't understand why it takes so long to accomplish the "deal". This vehicle was preordered and when I went to the dealership to have my trade appraised and complete the purchase it required 3.5 hours to finish. Once finished, I had to return to dealer twice to resign paperwork.

Very pleasant, patient and not pushy. They did not try to push something on me I didn’t want.

Friendly without being pushy. Identified a few possible choices for us after we let him know our price and loan restrictions. Ended buying one of the choices.

It was a very comfortable and convenient experience. My salesman, Bruce Olmeim was a very patient and pleasant man. I have a very busy schedule and communicated a lot with Bruce. He would show me trucks via text and checked in. When I narrowed it down, I made an appointment and bought a truck. I drove several different ones and after I decided it was a quick deal.
