We love Chevrolet Wasilla!
We bought our second car from the Wasilla Chevrolet and it is worth it! Vance knows what he's doing and is very trustworthy, which can be hard to say about car dealers. We will definitely go back when we decide to look for another car at some point!

I have been shopping online for a new vehicle for over six months. I have a 2000 1-ton Chevy crew cab that my late husband and I purchased from Lithia of Anchorage and it has 186,000 miles on it. I went to Wasilla with my son-in-law to grocery shop. He had to take his 2015 Chevy pick up into have it serviced. We walked into the show room and started looking around. I have been searching for either a Traverse or a Ford Edge. The young sales rep walked over and we started conversing about the Traverse on the show room floor. It was way more than I wanted to pay for a vehicle. He stated that he had another 2017 model sitting outside that had just been marked down. The silver Traverse sitting outside had the same features as the one inside the building. My son-in-law and I looked over the vehicle. The sales rep started the car running and let us look over the interior. I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle when I went to town that day. The 3 of us went back inside and started looking at the financing. Within and hour or so, I was signing the paperwork with the sales rep and then with the financial officer. I left Chevrolet of Wasilla with a new 2017 Chevy Traverse on December 19, 2016. My son-in-law's pick up was also ready for him. We live 170 miles north of Wasilla. After grocery shopping and with my son-in-law behind me, we drove home to Cantwell. The Parks Highway was it's usual winter weather driving condition but the Traverse didn't waver at all on the highway. I have been watching this model since GM started making this product. My daughter and son-in-law had a 2012 model and I had driven it. We still have a 1978 (purchased used) and 1987 (purchased new from McClure-Keyes) Chevy 1-ton dually pick ups crew cabs in the family. I also own a 1969 Chevy half ton pick up!! Thank you to the sales rep and Chevrolet of Wasilla (Lithia).

Regular maintenance and recall work
Hard to get an appointment - called three times and no one ever called me back. Finally got call from Dean who set up an appointment. Dean is an excellent service manager and managed to accomplish all even with a short staff. Courtesy van driver was great.
