I have had my Chrysler 200 C at this dealership three

I have had my Chrysler 200 C at this dealership three times and received very poor service. The first time was for a leaking back tire, and they couldn't even find the leak. My husband's ex-stepson found a huge hole that had been plugged and then plugged it again for me. Then the dash lights stopped working and they supposedly fixed it, but it turns out that they didn't. I spent $2,000 on that. My husband took it back to them to have them fix it correctly and they had it for over a month. They called to tell us that the car is ready to be picked up, but they lost the fob. We bought this car used and it only came with one fob.

I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. 3 months ago, I bought a 2010 Jeep wrangler from this dealership. Immediately after driving off the lot I began to smell a burning smell coming from the vehicle. I ignored it thinking it was maybe a bit of water in the engine bay from when they washed it. 15 minutes later, after it didn't go away, I pulled over and got out to see what was going on. My rear brake caliper was completely seized up and was smoking. I called the dealer, and they got me in to look at it. They charged me $750 out of the total $1,500 cost to replace the rotor, caliper, and brake pads. Although thinking it was a little nuts that I'd have to pay at all considering it was clearly already like that, I accepted the cost, and went home. 2 days later I drove it to work and the check engine, ESP BAS, traction control, and ABS lights all came on. I immediately called the dealer and scheduled a drop off with their service department in the next day or so. This cost me $1000 for them to replace the wheel speed sensor, and it didn't even fix the issue. I still don't have any progress towards even identifying the issue. The check engine light due to a hole in my exhaust line. Now, they're refusing to pay for any more repairs or diagnosis. They told me that their inspection showed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when it was sold to me, and that all of these things must have just happened within the combined hour of drive time since I got it. I believe they simply cleared the engine codes, and sold me a piece of crap. This dealer has not an ounce of integrity, and got an attitude with me when I tried to convey my frustration. Wish me luck as I now call corporate. Save yourselves the money and the headache. Go somewhere else for your car.

John Plamer thanks for getting my new 2023 jeep lifted gladiator wish you wouldnt have left before i got my jeep we ran the numbers all good that worked with the bank shipping we went with the highest amount for the 1st barge to bethel alaska anyway we went with the highest amount $6500 and submitted to the bank. like you said if any money left over will be giving to me or taken off vehicle. my shipping price was $4550 . but since you left before my vehicle was shipped they worked out numbers . 6'lift ,37'tires and install with freight all 1 bill of $15000 total . that saying the extra $1950 lost in there . $ 1950 a lot of money out here in the bush alaska someone at the dealership got paid. to top it off lithia bank guy when i was explaining it to him got upset when i was asking to redo the all over prices . HUNG UP ON ME GOOD JOB LAST TIME IM EVER GETTTING ANOTHER JEEP FROM THEM I LOVE MY JEEP BUT BAD BUISNESS . I SHOULD HAVE WENT THROUGH ANCHORAGE CHRYLER DODGE AT LEAST THEY WORKED WITH ME AND DIDNT RIP ME OFF. ALREADY TOLD A BUNCH OF PEOPLE ABOUT THIS THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND ABOUT GETTING FROM HERE. LESSON LEARNED THEY KNOW HOW TO TALK TO MAKE MONEY CHANGE WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RIGHT. WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD IF I DIDNT GET RIPPED OFF $ 1950

I bought a 2017 Highlander from the on October 25, 2024.

I bought a 2017 Highlander from the on October 25, 2024. It needed the windshield replace and some other items. I told them I will not drive it home until this was completed. The head sales manager stated they will not fix it until I drive it off the lot and back onto lot to take ownership. I have NEVER had to do this with any other dealership. So I left it there to get the items fixed. Pick it up Tuesday the next week. I only got less than a quarter mile down the road and I hear a whining noise that increases when I accelerate. It sounded like the transmission. I immediately called Drago the sales rep to tell him. He says he never heard the noise and to have my mechanic look at it. He never once offered for me to bring it back for them to check it out. While driving to work on Wednesday Oct 30 it had a hard time shifting and later that afternoon the engine alert came on along with the check AWD system alert. I texted Drago again and sent him a picture of the warnings. He again asked me to have my mechanic look at it. I asked about getting it looked at there. He told me to bring it in. So I did Thursday, October 31 in the morning. I spoke with a service advisor who first of all never knew that it even came through the service department or that it was on their lot. Which I found concerning since before we test drove the vehicle on October 25. I was told that it was expedited through the service department and was already for me to drive it. The service advisor at Lithia (Super Store) told me with that many issues concerning the transmission that it was better to take it straight to Toyota. Since they can't fix the transmission there. He did check the codes and said it says 1 of my selenoids were bad in the transmission. So I headed over to Kendall Toyota to have them look at it. I explained that I only had it for 2 days, the dealership that sold me the vehicle told me to bring it here. Kendall scheduled an appointment for that next week. I explained i was scared to drive it and they went to scan the codes to make sure it was safe for me to drive it home and let it sit. Kendall told me it is throwing all transmission codes. I explained I do have a warranty I bought. Kendall immediately called Lithia to tell them what is wrong and for them to start the paperwork for the claim on their end. So I took it home and let it sit until i drove it back for Kendall to diagnosis it. On November 6, 2024 I dropped it off at Kendall. Since then Kendall said they were correct it was the transmission. The warranty company was contacted. It's been almost a full month of the warranty company coming out to inspect the vehicle, getting additional paperwork from Lithia and now I am still waiting for an answer. Supposedly there is conflicting information from Lithia. So i am beyond furious and called my loan company to explain everything. I asked about canceling the contract since I have not made a payment and they told me I could. I called Lithia requesting this and they had the nerve to tell me I am doing this because I regret the purchase. I told them that if I had a working vehicle I would not be making this call. They also told me I can't cancel my contract! I told them I don't want to be making payments on a vehicle that the transmission is shot after only having it a day!! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH LITHIA SUPER STORE! I put my trust in them to have a complete working vehicle for my family. I did have my mechanic check it out too. Instead it's been a huge hassle and still dealing with them.

For clarification, the Service Contract you have is with Ally, not our dealership. That contract is the reason you're currently receiving the warrantable repairs at Toyota. The dealership sold the vehicle to you "as-is" and does not offer any time of warranty or guarantee on this particular vehicle. We view this concern as closed, but we're happy to invite you into the dealership to discuss your concerns. We're disappointed your transaction, and understanding of our position has been unclear. Your verification is incorrect. At time of purchase the loan company we went through required a service contract. Which we purchased through you. It was included on our purchase agreement and i have a copy of it. So why are you lying?
