Patient, friendly and a true team!

I really enjoyed my experience at Smith Kia of Bellingham. They had a new sales manager and the rest of the team was helping through the process. After leaving the same day to look at other vehicles and car dealers. Kia came through with the best bid with a new Kia sportage. 2023. The other dealers didn't reach my monthly payment. So, we came back and bought the car with only 33 miles on it. Not disappointed at all! Thank Gab for your time. It was his first sell and he worked to learn the process.

Smith Kia of Bellingham has a promotional event, “Deal or

Smith Kia of Bellingham has a promotional event, “Deal or No Deal” and it is misleading. I had a code that matched the code for $2,500 instant cash and when I went to redeem, I was told that my code doesn’t make me a winner and instead I qualified for a $25 off coupon for an oil change. Very misleading. Bert disappointing. I hope nobody else gets misled like this. I’m sure it’s their way of getting people through the door, but they will not receive business from me.

got me when ungodly busy

Mike, the service manger, went out of his way to get me in. When you crank position sensor goes out, life can be very unpleasant. There was a cancelation, and they got me in immediately.

Great service department

We purchased a Telluride in 2021 from another dealer as Smith was charging $6000 over MSRP and we're unwilling to budge on the issue. Has been in 3 times this year for warranty work. Service department does an excellent job and all the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Best Dealership

Everyone is really friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I was in the process of purchasing my vehicle a few days before a trip. They guaranteed me if my vehicle didn't arrive in time they would give me a loaner vehicle at no charge. Will definitely purchase again and Allie my sales person was a Rockstar staying in contact with me through the whole process and even sent me pictures when she picked my Sportage up!

I have been delayed writing this due to husband's

I have been delayed writing this due to husband's hospitalization ,but cannot let this go by. We recently put $ down on a new car when another agency was unable to provide a car. Ours was on the ship that burned and sank in route. We choose a another car at Kia in Bellingham. and put a considerable deposit down. Next day the previous agency found a car like we originally wanted. We could have lost our deposit at Kia. We worked with James Kennedy,who was great,and knowledgeable but, the manager was unbelievablely caring and said,"Of course we will refund your money". He was the nicest person we have ever met in this industry. They mean it when they say they say they put the customer first and they have great integrity.We were amazed and appreciative! Thank you, Brice,Kathleen and Bud Long

We were happy with lease experience

Leased a kia Niro ev. David was a good source of information and went over the new car well with us. We had ordered the car from factory.
