Overall purchasing experience was great... which is ver difficult for me to say when dealing with buying a car. Extremely good to work with and I never felt pushed or rushed in my decision making!

Hi I recently purchased a Mercedes CLS 550 , from Corwin Ford of Reno. My car buying experience was with CJ / Carlos , which was a pleasant , relaxing , non - stressful , up - front  and  honest , Car buying experience. CJ , is a smart , calm and collected professional. He's easy to talk to , he's knowledgeable and straight forward. I can't even imagine a future car purchase without working with CJ because he made my experience a happy experience. Again, would give zero stars if I could.

Again, would give zero stars if I could. First sold me the car with bad brakes, had to take it back in and make them replace it themselves as the service check said brakes were good. Now-- took it in to get checked for weird shifting, said it was a recall and to go to ford. Took it to Ford, they laughed and said it is not a recall all they had to do was call over there and check with the VIN, instead they pawned me off on Ford. Thankfully Ford said they would help me. IT needs a new transmission! have had this car under one year. They treat you like garbage the moment you drive off the lot, and I bet they have some nasty things written about me in my profile because the customer service is terrible. Disgusting individuals, money hungry salesman that don't care, and terrible service department. DO NOT GO HERE!

Elli at Corwin was awesome to work with. The whole car buying process was made out as simple as possible. I really dislike sitting in dealerships for hours when buying cars. But Elli's company and conversations made the time fly buy. Got a good deal. I am a repeat customer of Ford dealerships and would highly recommend Elli.
