I have purchased 2 vehicles from Doug's. I have always been treated great when I bring my vehicle in for service. I love that they have loaner cars available!

Fixed problem promptly Thank you. Had car returned next day. Service code came on Same problem a couple of mo this ago but could not make it happen at dealership

I purchased a used 2014 cts-v Wagon CPO car from a private seller and have taken the car to Doug's and each time they have very professional. I would definetely recommend to anyone.

I trust the service professionals at Doug's. I knew that my Escalade was leaking and they told me it needed a new oil pan gasket. I trusted them to do the right thing, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with they told me only what I needed and the loaner car is such an easy process again not like other dealers.

Customer service was friendly and received my Cadillac at the appointed time. They changed the oil and inspected the car for the 100,000 mile check. They recommended some areas of service which I decided to do later on which is something I would expect from service. Waiting area was clean and the service people were friendly as they passed through.

Always a positive experience at Dougs. Easy online scheduling and on time service. If they are running behind they will notify me in advance. Love that the vehicle is clean before leaving the store.

6th dealership in two weeks looking, saw the car we were intrested in and had Torri help us through a smooth easy process. Sales, finance, all great people. Would highly recomend.

So far so good...! But the CARS web site and this survey are not as good as other auto purchase internet sources.

Scheduled an oil change via app. Went in for my appointment but for some reason was not in their system. No problem, squeezed me in and was in and out much sooner than expected. Have thus far have had a great experince with this dealership. Will definitely buy from them again.
