Excellent service, from the moment I drove in to the moment I picked up my car. My service rep, Dan Rubin, always follows through to see that service is completed in a timely manner.

Don't waste your time!
Very dishonest people. They have markups of $6,000 or more on average and tell you that they have "calculated the best possible price to keep the haggling out of the way." Even worse is "the price you see is the price you pay" gimmick. What an insult for any human being that has an IQ higher that grasshopper. On the other hand, they will offer you one third of what your car is truly worth ("1 Price" rule only applies when purchasing from dealership). They will offer $5k with no shame for a car that is worth $15-16k, regardless of how immaculate and perfectly maintained.

Service
Car went in for an oil change only but it took all day and at 4:30 they asked if they could keep it overnight because they were backed up. The appointment was set up 1 week prior to service.

Tire problem
Service person is really helpful and on time. He let mw know from the very start what will happen and when. I didnt even have a reservatiin but they took my car in

As always excellent customer service. Oil change done at a reasonable cost. Only thing from giving 5 stars, didn?t get a mileage sticker reminder for next oil change!
