Nicole did a great job keeping me informed about the status of the repairs and working through an expensive replacement part issue. Car was delivered back to me clean and thoroughly checked. Appreciate the included multi-point check and topping up of fluids. Expensive but I feel I can rely on the quality of the work.

The service department identified what had failed in my
The service department identified what had failed in my brakes, replaced the rear wiper motor, and repaired several components inside the cabin. The service was of good quality and the staff were pleasant. However, I was very dissatisfied that they violated our agreement: instead of returning the vehicle on 12/15 as promised, they gave it back to me four days later without any prior notice that they were closed or that there would be a delay. This upset me greatly, despite the quality of the work performed.
