The manager and my service advisor Matt were so helpful. I had a water leak in the front passenger seat and they took everything test to fix it. I can’t thank them enough for great care and so pleasant to work with. I recommend bellevue service Division

My new service advisor is amazing, efficient, clearly communicates, ensured I had a loaner vehicle, walked through my service before and after, and kept me updated on progress until my vehicle was ready to pick up. He also gave really good honest insights and feedback about new vehicles I might be considering vs. tell me what I want to hear for the purposes of helping to land a sale.
