Friendly personal, and very good personal service Worked on my time line. Salesman was willing to come and pick me up at home and bring me to the car I just bought. Paperwork was done and waiting for my signature.

I purchased a vehicle from Bob Lowth Ford the next day it did start so I called and talked to the service manager that was so rude. He made me call the tow company to get it towed there. I was glad the sales manager took care of me and got everything fix. I will go back to the sales dept but that service manager needs a little training on how to take care of customers.

Except for a completely ignorant new sales manager this place rocks Salesmen are great- service & parts are top notch- especially Mike in service He went above and beyond to find a great solution for a concern We’ll continue to purchase our vehicles here

After a couple of Major unexpected major problems with my original Ford escape purchase My Dealer at Bob Lowth Ford was able to arrange for a newer escape for me, useing the first one for a down payment and a more comfortable loan arrangement also. I'm very Pleased with the not only my car, but also the people that Helped me with this ordeal.Thank you ALL for all of your help and support .

Wife is rating, service great and timely! Waiting room not COVID friendly and no one wearing masks. As husband has cancer I have to be extremely careful even tho have been fully vacinated.

Miranda was very knowledgeable about the F-250 and really helped out a lot. She was very personable and was on top of every aspect of the sale.

The people are friendly, and seem knowledgable. A couple suggestions: A better waiting area would be nice. The addition of a quick lane for oil changes and general service. Had an appointment for a full service and it took well over one hour for this. The addition of a complimentary wash with service would be awesome.
