Consistently good over the years

They were very helpful, and offered suggestions. It was easy to make an appointment. Nice lounge, with free WiFi, but they are not inexpensive.

New Truck Search

Minimum time spent in the negotiating process. Was given a fair price to begin with and a good offer on my trade in. Sales personnel were easy to converse with and most helpful during the two sessions we were at Town Ford looking at 2 different trucks.

Happy with my new car

Really helpful sales associate, provided me with a ride to the dealership and got my trade-in car there for me. It was a painless process to make my purchase and use my existing car for a trade-in. I like my new 2016 Ford Focus very much.

Service

Very friendly staff. I forgot to tell them to use full synthetic and they forgot to ask. They used blend. Offered to change it out. Good customer service.
