Northwest MINI

I recently bought a 2015 mini Cooper countryman and had a wonderful experience doing so! I was going in very sceptical thinking it was a going to be like any other dealership but to my pleasant surprise it was great! The Shelby (the salesman) got me into the car I was interested right away and the financing team was so great with staying in my budget! After being to so many dealerships it's nice to go somewhere that isn't just trying to get as much money as possible from you . I would recommend going here to anyone! Shelby was a wonderful salesman but even if he isn't there when you go everyone else there seemed great too!

When it comes to the things I dread more than anything, buying a car ranks right up with moving and dental work. Not any more. I recently purchased my first Mini from Northwest Mini and I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everyone was friendly, humorous, and helpful including my salesmen Shelby Dodson and Steve Zilkey as well as financing with Ron. I did not feel pressured or harrassed. Everyone took the time needed to answer all of my questions and to fill me in with everything I needed to know. If you are interested in purchasing/leasing a Mini (and why wouldn't you be) I would highly recommend Steve and Northwest Mini.

This is our first Mini, and we started the process by spending a Father's day just checking them out. Steve Zilkey was an outstanding help. Very friendly with zero pressure. He instantly knew all the answers to our questions, and obviously knew his product. After an afternoon of test driving the different models, we went home and spent some time on Mini's website building virtual Mini's, and made the decision to order one. Couldn't be happier. Steve made the process extremely easy, and helped to make sure our car was just right.

I can't express how nervous I was to get a new vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying a new vehicle until Christmas time, so I brought my dad with me to look at what I might want. They just so happened to have the exact Mini I had been looking for. When we went inside to ask questions, Steve immediately began not only telling us everything we needed to know, but he also told us things that only someone who cares about the customer would. I enjoyed my experience so much that day and felt so comfortable with every employee that I came in contact with, I returned three days later to buy it. I would be happy to continue working with this dealership for years to come !

I just bought my brand new Countryman from NW MINI and had a truly great experience. Terry Soumis was our Motoring Advisor, and he was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all things MINI. After all was signed and the ink had dried, and even though he had new customers he could have attended to, Terry chose to finish explaining all the (awesome) features of my MINI. There was no hint of the typical sales tactics found at many other dealerships. I had a very negative experience at another MINI dealership and was wondering what the hype about the MINI culture was all about. Terry, along with Ron in Finance, taught me there really is such a thing as a MINI culture. Many of the Motoring Advisors have been there for many years because of how this culture is also embodied in their own workplace. Even though I live in Seattle, I will gladly make the trip to Fife in the future. My two friends who were with me were equally impressed with Terry, Ron and NW MINI as a whole. Rocky's NO PRESSURE mannerism paired with his infinite knowledge about MINI and the company put my husband and me both at ease. He listened to my preferences and found several cars that would match. We didn't buy but walked out with NO pressure to return, and a sincere thank you for coming in. We ended up returning the next day and bought the greatest 2 door hardtop Mini Cooper. This car buying experience was one I've never had the pleasure of experiencing. I have been working with Brandon. We looked at numerous mini's on the lot and just couldn't find the "one" I was looking for. Brandon suggested that I order one with everyone I want. I was a bit skeptical at first but he made is easy and fun! We sat down and went through every option etc. Brandon placed the order the same day. He would text me about every two weeks to let me know how my mini was coming along. When I ordered it he told me it would take six to eight weeks. It took seven! When I went to pick it up he had it under a car cover in the showroom! It was and is absolutely everything I imagined! It was worth the short wait to order the car with the options that I wanted and not settle for one on the lot that wasn't quite right. Brandon really emphasized that I should get what I want and that it's the right fit for me. I've had it for almost two months and Brandon still checks in with me to make sure the car is working well and to see if I have any questions or concerns. It really has been a pleasure working with Brandon and the rest of the team at NW Mini and I will certainly do business with Brandon again!
