I had my oil changed and tires rotated. The only thing I wish they would of done was check the tire pressure after the rotation. Had to stop at gas station to add air to three of the four tires. I am not upset about this and my overall experience was great. Service people are very friendly and keep you posted on your vehicle and when it will be done. Very clean facility, I will be back.

Great service desk experience!

Jeff B at the service desk is tops! He is always patient with questions and great at explaining what had to be repaired. He assures the customer is satisfied.

2018 Ford Escape

New pickup

Joe found me the pickup I wanted and delivered it. I love it, but wish I knew about the 6,000 rebate that came up as then maybe I would have went that way.

2015 Edge Heater problem.. Told them heat only blows out...

2015 Edge Heater problem.. Told them heat only blows out the defrost wife brought it in they "looked at it" 2hours tell wife it works fine. She pays $140.00 goes out to the car heater still doesn't work. She goes right back in tells the guy it still don't work he comes out oh yeah it doesn't work does it.. well we dont have the parts to fix it now so make an appointment to have it fixed! WTH was the 140.00 for! Not the first time this has happened clame work was done but really nuthing was done! Worst dealer in MN!!! Now I have to drive 3hrs to have work done on the car :(
