Demetric was an absolute professional. I went into the dealership thinking that my chances of leaving with a car was close to nil. Demetric was courteous and not once mislead me in any way. He was prompt with all tasks and very product knowledgeable. He also treated me first class all the way. I still can't believe I got financed. I recommend asking for Demetric upon entering Car Pros in Tacoma. He'll take care of you no matter what. The car is great. No problems at all. Quality through and through.

While I did not visit the dealership, phone an e-mail communications were very good. The salesman I talked to was very helpful and followed up to check my progress in finding a suitable used car.

The staff here have treated my wife and I with the upmost respect and consideration over the last two years. We have purchased our second KIA and couldn?t be more happy with our experience. My first experience with Car Pros Kia of Tacoma was back in 2012 when I bought my first new car. The customer service was excellent and everyone was so very helpful. I was very pleased with my new Kia Forte and I knew I would return when I was ready to buy my next new vehicle. Dr. Kim (James) was always so friendly and helpful when I would stop in to just look around. Last weekend, I looked for Dr. Kim and bought a 2018 Kia Optima. Dr. Kim is an Amazing salesman!!! I told him exactly what I wanted and he made the process so easy and smooth!!! I'm so happy and will always continue to buy from Car Pros Kia in Tacoma for all of my vehicles. Great cars!!!
