Vehicle was not as represented to us.

I located a vehicle on line We were interested in. We called and spoke with a sales person about vehicle condition and was told it was perfect and vehicle was less than a year old. We drove 300 miles to get to the dealership. The vehicle had a bad rock chip/crack in windshield and scratches down one side. I asked about the condition and was told, it is a used vehicle. however is was less than a year old and had 14K miles. The sales person said we should just look at new. I was very disappointed in the dealership and I would not personally return.

Take people seriously

When I told your team I would never buy a Subaru again because it has very little heat I was told that?s normal so I drove it for over a year being cold. My thermostat went out and yes they replaced it, now the car heats up I have to turn it down that?s great but I?ve been driving it for over a year being cold. Next time I hope the men take a lady seriously and have a mechanic look at it when she tells them it has very little heat don?t just dismiss us.

Inconsistent and not customer first attitude.

Service department is atrocious and disrespectful. Do not recommend. You are only treated right while in the process of your vehicle purchase. Afterwards not so much.

We leased a 2023 Subaru Legacy from Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead, MN. Lisa helped us, starting back in April when we started looking through September when the vehicle arrived. I wanted something simple and reliable, and, so far, that is what I got. I really like the Legacy and am looking forward to seeing how it handles in the winter.

Top Notch Subaru Dealer

The 2023 Outback Limited is the 5th Subaru we have purchased from Muscatell. We honestly believe that this was the best deal yet! Excellent, no nonsense trade up with knowledgeable sales person, great finance people, great orientation to new vehicle.

My Subaru Experience

easy in, easy out. Great service with a smile. When I purchased this Ascent I dealt with another dealer the previous Saturday.on Monday following Monday I called to close the deal, no answer, about 10 AM I called Muscatell, Blaine answered the phone on the first ring, and the rest was easy.

I had the most attentive and knowledgeable salesman, Kyle, who continues to answer all my questions and help out even after the sale. The service contract is an excellent purchase. When I took the carin for an oil change, the service was prompt. I ended up purchasing 3 new cars from them.
