Luther Family Ford

I did a lot of research online and shopped all around. After reaching out to the IT department of several dealerships Luther had the quickest and most beneficial response. They had no reservations about talking numbers and giving me whatever information I asked for and never once made me feel pressured to 'just come in and we'll talk'. They allowed me to do what I needed on my time and welcomed me when I finally decided to stop in. Price was great, service was great, and overall experience of buying my first new car was awesome.

I knew the car I wanted after lengthy research and reached out to several dealerships online. The Luther Family dealership responded quickly and provided whatever information I requested. I never felt pressured to go to the dealership at any point, and once I was comfortable with everything they welcomed me and made the entire process painless. The only negative is that it did take a little long for the finance manager to be available as they were so busy. But, that is also a good sign as it shows people trust and shop there.

We just bought two vehicles in the last two weeks from Luther Ford. Impressed with the process and how our sales person Ben did everything to make our decision an easy one. The cookies and coffee were a nice perk! I would definitely refer friends and family.

My husband and I have been getting all of our vehicles from this dealership for years, through all their incarnations...and we'd never consider going anywhere else for either a purchase or service work. We've always found them to be honest and trustworthy, without pressuring us to buy. I just purchased a Ford Escape from Marvin Calice...it was my first time working with him and I was very impressed with this young man. He made the buying process so easy. He also made sure that everything was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle...he even took the time to get my phone hooked into the Bluetooth system for me. The service department is always fast and reliable...and we never pay for repairs that aren't needed. The Quick Lane oil change dept is great about checking everything out, and letting you know what service you might need in the near future. The newly remodeled facility is SO nice...a very pleasant, comfortable place to sit and relax while your car is being worked on. I especially appreciate the free coffee and sodas, and the hot chocolate chip cookies! One tip...don't sit in the center chairs under the TV. I thought I'd grab one of those spots so I could read my book, and leave the outside chairs for people that wanted to watch TV...and the volume just about blasted me out of there. I will definitely be coming back to Luther Family Ford for all of my future vehicle needs.

I was introduced to Luther Family Ford and Roger Holland in 2007 by my brother from Fargo. I have two brothers and a nephew who deal with him. Roger is very informative, explains all options in detail, is extremely pleasant to work with and has a great "dry" sense of humor! I get the best value for what I'm looking for and great customer service. I rarely come to Fargo, so when I'm looking for an upgrade, I make it a point to check Luther, I have yet to be disappointed. The finance rate was so good that; even though I had prior approval from my Credit Union; I chose to finance through Ford. Why go anywhere else?

I'm very satisfied and comfortable with the entire experience. I do not like to feel like prey when I visit a dealership, we've all been there. The Luther staff all seem to me to want to compliment the sales process regardless of who will get the credit for the sale.

While looking at buying a new Foard F-150 pickup I stopped into Luther Family Ford. Within 5 minutes of talking with Ben I knew that I would be buying my new truck from Luther Family Ford. All of my questions were answered and the entire staff was very friendly, they difinately put the customer first at LFF. There was no pressure to buy the truck that day!! Since I bought my truck two days ago I have recommended Luther Family Ford to three relatives and a few friends and co-workers. I give Luther Family Ford and Ben Meyer five out of five stars. I think I have found my Ford dealer for all my future purchases.
