I just purchased a Ford F150 from Roger Holland and had a great experience. Roger was very helpful going through the electronic features of my truck and explaining what each one does. Great customer service!

Called to inquire about a vehicle they had listed on their website. Was told they had it in stock and available. Now comes the strangest thing that has ever happened to me in over 50 years of purchasing automobiles. When the salesman found out I was from Montana, he checked with a manager and the manager said their stealership doesn’t sell to people from Montana. I asked why and the salesman did not have an answer for me. Craziest xxxx I’ve ever heard. I don’t blame the salesman, he was just the messenger. I wouldn’t do business with this stealership if they were the last one left on the planet!!! I found another vehicle, also in ND, that’s closer to me and that dealership was more than accommodating to sell me an $80K truck.

Environment was relaxed and not pushy at all! Roger Holland was great to work with during our recent vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Luther Family Ford!

I had an excellent experience with Luther Family Ford in Fargo, ND. Roger was fantastic to work with and he made the whole process a breeze.

Purchase a used pickup from this dealership. I was told the vehicle was inspected before going on the lot and everything worked. The next business day after purchasing I found the rear passenger door does not work. I contacted my sales rep and he was not helpful. With the truck being as-is it is ultimately my fault for not finding it but my conversations with sales were misleading.

The dealership is nice and clean. The people there seem knowledgeable. I have purchased several cars from Luther.

Lonnie went for a ride and my vehicle, which was is serious distress, was fit in due to some cancellations. The courtesy driver was great-although I didn’t catch his name. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I really appreciate top notch service…Makes me a customer for life.

Long lead time for an appointment but once in the door a lady service advisor helped me jump hoops and saved me an extra trip.
