I needed to bring my Mustang Mach-e in for a recall service and they took care of everything from beginning to end, even making the initial call to me to check if I still lived in the area and start the process.

Oil Change Service

I walked in on a Friday morning. There were a few customers already there. Friendly and quick to respond to a walk-in. Got in in about 30 minutes. Thank you.

Windshield wipers

NorthStar was able to get me right in to install new windshield wipers when one of mine broke. I was very thankful as rain was expected the next morning! Thank you, NorthStar:)

quick response

Had an issue come up with my 2017 Escape which could have been quite problematic without immediate attention. I showed up at the dealership; they got me in and out in no time flat. Problem taken care of. Courteous, attentive staff.

Happy Ford owner

I really appreciate the Quick Lane services. I had my tires rotated, they provided information re recommended service requirements in the near future with anticipated costs so that I can plan for them. My vehicle was taken right in at my appointment time & I had a very short wait.

Service

I had an issue with F150 that needed attention, I drove to Northstar without an appointment. There service was exceptional. Was able to leave my truck, their shuttle service brought me home and the very next day my truck was repaired. I could not have asked for better service.

Took care of 2 recalls at the same time within hours. Drove right in the service doors and car was brought to me on pick up

Ford Rules

I have had the best luck with Ford. The quality that I trust and such wonderful service and staff. I have purchased three vehicles from North Star Ford and when I need a new vehicle, I will definitely go to Ford again.

Great Service

I had a 3:00 appointment arrived early for an oil change they had a bay open and got me in right away. Also the crew,ladies, at the front desk were professional and courteous Thanks and i will be back.
