Timely response, good explanation of work and why it was nee

The people who helped me at Jess Ford were courteous, professional, and thorough. I needed a programmed key replacement and received it plus the duplicate I wanted.

They can spell Customer Service

Unlike my local dealer, Jess Ford gave me a time slot within a day or two. With no run around. I thought I had made a mistake buying the ford with the level of service from my local dealer. I bought the car there because the salesman treated very respectful, will never go there again. Jess Ford is awesome you should be proud of them. This was our first new Ford we ever bought. Only Chevy and Toyota in the past. They addressed my small issues and sent me home very happy. Kind Regards Ron Rumbolz

Great Service

Jess Ford has a great service department. I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my Expedition. My vehicle was taken in on time and the service was completed quite quickly. The service manager was good about telling me what they did and what was upcoming for maintenance. I really trust these guys with my vehicle.

5000 mile service

5000 mile service and tire rotation, fast and back on the road within forty minutes. Extremely happy! Alway friendly employees at the Jess Ford Pullman dealership. We have alway been treated great.

Jesse Ford

Extremely happy. They found the exact truck I was looking for. There patience with me was much appreciated. They saved me travel by delivering vehicle closer to me. Awesome company. Steve is the greatest.

Helpful and professional.

Andrew and the crew at Ford have always been professional and helpful. He keeps our family interest at mind and has been my go to for help regarding purchasing vehicles. I've known him for at least 8 years and every purchase has been through him. Everyone there has been helpful to get us where we need to go.

Service

As usual, while waiting, I caught up on my correspondence with customers. So the 30 or 40 minutes my service took was not wasted. The service that Jess Ford can do in a matter of minutes would take me hours. The assurance of professional work gives me peace of mind on the condition of my F150!
