Great.

Our truck had some warranty work to be done. It was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

New Winnebago on Ram Promaster 3500 Chassis

Took my new Winnebago, with Pentastar engine, to Lithia of Helena to diagnose check engine light. Josh was helpful in setting up appointment; not all dealerships have work bays large enough for a Class C motorhome. After checking codes, a rodent/rabbit had chewed up wiring. Josh explained that while this situation was not covered by Warranty, the technicians could make necessary repairs. The 2 hour repair was tolerable after munching on a couple of bags of cheese crackers; and kicking tires on a Fiat sports car and 700+ horsepower Jeep. As I break in the Winnebago, any further repairs are going to be referred to the Helena Lithia dealership. You can trust these folks with any Mopar vehicle. I'm still thinking about that Jeep on Steroids!!!

Great purchase experience!

Visited a few dealerships out of town to try and get a better deal on a 2018 RAM 2500. They all treated us poorly and/or like we were stupid. Stopped by Lithia Dodge Helena and was fortunate enough to meet Matt O'Dell. He actually listened to our frustrations with the other dealers and what our needs were for a truck. He went out of his way to make sure we had a positive experience, found the truck we wanted, and helped us get a good deal. Best car buying experience we've had in a long time!!!

Jeep service

Good job!!!! I was able to schedule my service at a convenient time for me. Josh was very courteous and was very helpful in answering questions I had.

Service and Purchase

Had a recall service done on my vehicle, saw a car online and inquired of Andy Petek, he drove to another lot to get it for me to test drive, test drove it with Andy, and bought it from Andy! Thanks!

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! If I could give a negative rating I would. This dealership and sales staff are old school strong arm salesmen. Dishonest, fast talkers and rude. I found a Chrysler Town & Country minivan on carguru. Inquired about it. Brian called me. I guess because of the inquire the price went up by $1,000. Told them I was no longer interested. Note: During this time I also have a reservation with Carvana for the same van but with less mileage better price, free delivery and no dealer fee. Then Kenny calls me and tells me the van was his personal van. Says it is in excellent shape used the van for road trips with his family. I asked for a better price because of the hike up. Kenny says he went to his manager, Travis, and I was told Brian was new and didn’t know how carguru worked and they would honor the price of carguru but couldn’t include tax. (I’m from Idaho) We discussed back and forth several times. About price, interest rate. But the numbers they gave me didn’t seem to match the price and tax. Kenny was able to get me a super interest rate. But also note my credit score is super. Problem was they kept giving me a total price including and the only fee disclosed in a $ amount was under $5. I couldn’t get the numbers to match price plus tax. I asked Kenny to email me the break down. Surprise the $299 dealer fee is now disclosed. I emailed Kenny back and said there was not to be fees. He said that is not what Travis told me. Should have quit right then! Now the van is about $1,000 over carvana. But the color I prefer and I can go look at it. A four hour drive one way. I emailed no reply and then called about 10:00am to see if they could have the van ready same day. Kenny says no problem he was there until 7pm. We arrive about 5:00pm. Price was set, van was parked out front! Go in and Kenny met me inside said it was a crazy day had four people in ther and handed me off to Brian, the new guy. He took us out to look at the van and take a test drive. Van was on empty, had not been cleaned, lift gate had cracks and fish eyes in paint from poor repairs, front had cracks from hitting something, drivers side under door had been curbed so it was scratched, a lot of scratches on doors and hood, passenger mirror chrome was cracked. There was also white paint over spray on the back bumper. Now I have driven hours to go see this excellent condition van. Not so excellent. Brian then passes me back to Kenny. He denies the tail gate has ever been repaired, says the front was to have been repaired and the curbing had to happen while it has been parked at the dealership. Bla bla bla all with a mouth full of chew. Now Travis is back in the picture. I’m very unhappy, and explain this to him, he tells me he isn’t going to argue with me about the dealer fee, offers us a motel room and gas. Asks what he can do. I ask for $2,000 off they offered $1,500. We got back in our car and drove back to Idaho. I will continue to look for a reputable dealership. Lithia in Helena, Great Falls, and Billings Montana will not be where I look. But if you are looking for a place with liars and bad attitudes this is definitely the place to go!

Bryan my salesman and Heather the Finance Manager were awesome! I was able to shop for the vehicle online with all of the information available which was great then contact Bryan. I’m in Butte and told him I couldn’t be there for a few days and to just let me know if it sold. He kept in touch as promised. I was in and out in 2 hours. Great experience.. super nice and friendly.. Thank You!!

2015 Ram Engine Light on plus leak

Service was wonderful, as usual! Recently have moved to Butte and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of help here since truck was purchased in Helena. Called Helena and got in right away. I was worried because engine light was on and it looked like catalytic converter was leaking. Your crew found the problem and was fixed right away. Thank you!
