Had never been to this dealership before. Bought my 2016 Chrysler out-of-state which had a Safety Recall. They resolved the recall in the time stated. Can't ask for more, thanks!

I had a major breakdown on my way home to Western Washington and was able to make an emergent appointment immediately Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge (more specifically, John, my Service Assistant) was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. They quickly assessed my needs and were able to give me their recommendations. The repairs were performed professionally and thoroughly! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for repairs. On a separate note, I had sworn off dealerships after my local dealer's service department had failed to take care of an issue. I only wish I lived closer to the Lithia Dealership or they were here locally.

Since buying a couple of vehicles from Litha, we've been going to this location of all service on our Dodge and Jeep vehicles. The staff is friendly, informative, and caring about their customers. They keep you updated throughout the entire process and even if they take longer than originally what was stated. We do not consider bring our vehicles anywhere but here. Keep up the good service!

We have been coming in for about a year with the unlimited oil change package and so far have had a great experience. Tina has always made sure to get the truck in and out and never tried to push a service not necessary (which I absolutely love btw). Today we were checked in by Mary and I was blown away by her level of communication and energy for something as simple as an oil change. Another vehicle required immediate attention and was put in front of the truck which was by no means a problem as I had gone back to work but Mary made sure to call and let me know as well as let me know when I could expect it to be ready. Mary was busy when I arrived to pick up the truck so Tina closed out the order. Appreciated their level of professionalism and team work.
