Disappointed
Very disappointed!! Had an oil change and leaked all over in our garage. SO glad my husband checked before leaving for Texas. Brought back to Don Johnson Hayward and told I don't blame you for being upset!!!

Whenever we call for a service appointment, we are always able to get in at times that are convenient to our schedule. Friendly staff, thorough service department. New facility is awesome. We love our Buick Enclave and look forward to buying our next car here.

Recall Warranty
It was nice that they came and picked up my vehicle, did the warranty work then brought it back to my workplace. Didn't have to do a thing.

Dependable and Competent
Always feel very comfortable having my 2013 Buick Enclave serviced at Don Johnson's in Hayward. Service Department employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. New facilities are top notch. Waiting area is very nice. We are very fortunate to have a GM Dealership of this quality in the area.

Spectacular Service and Atmosphere!
We've done a lot of business with Don Johnson Motors over the years and have always found it be a very friendly, efficient, and competent organization. We purchased our third vehicle there today, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Chris Hofer was our salesman and was very patient with our buying process which encompassed several days. We initially planned to buy a used truck and he searched for one that met our requests and had it brought up from Rice Lake for us to trial. We contemplated and drove a couple more trucks. He did a great job of explaining the different features of the trucks and going over the differences in costs. We appreciated his knowledge base, his easy going demure without "hard sell" tactics, and his willingness to please. . Tanya Ullom is a great gal with the financial terms and warranties. Love working with her. She is highly organized and meticulous in covering costs and warranties . One of our cars was being service while we were purchasing the truck. Rick does a spectacular job in the service department, as does Connie. They aim to please and do quality work. The new remodel of this garage is spectacular and immaculately clean. It's a real pleasure to do business in this professional arena!!

I was very happy with the customer service!
I did not purchase my vehicle at Don Johnson however I did bring my vehicle there to be serviced. I was instructed that I needed to bring my vehicle all the way to the dealership I purchased it from (2 hours away) for some of the perks that I received with the purchase. When I took my vehicle to Don Johnson they printed out the warranties for me and showed me that I can bring my car to them for the same service at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the customer service and I also was impressed with the knowledge and work the technician did. I am very skeptical when it comes to mechanics working on any of my vehicles (I come from a long line of mechanics) and as a worry wart I had a second look at my vehicle after the work and everything was done to great quality! I am very happy with the service department!

It's Always a Pleasure
Doing business at Don Johnson's Hayward Motors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The new facilaty is comfortable and accomadating not to mention beautiful. You can drive into the service department and be meet by a service advisor to go over your concerns without even getting out of your car. Once out of the car you can rest while you wait in the new guest lounge in comfortable chairs, watch TV on a big screen, play with one of two Ipads or utilize the free WIFI service with you own computer. There is now a kids play room and pets are welcome. If your thursty grab one of the free beverages from the beverage center such as; sodas, water, juice, coffee, cappuccinos and hot chocolate. Buying my new Chevy Equinox was a breeze, the non-commission sales staff made my vehicle purchase a joyist occassion, like it should be.
