Heritage Chevrolet

With Heritage Chevrolet's website I was able to research and select the model of car I wanted. I checked inventory, immediate availability (keeping in mind that they could also acquire any car I wanted by trading with another dealer), and approximate cost along with current Chevrolet offers. Although I knew the model and features of my future car, I arrived at Heritage Chevrolet undecided weather to buy or lease. My salesman took the time to discuss the options as they related to my needs and situation. With his valuable help I leased a car. I was settled into the finance department where their experienced finance guru researched on the fly and found an additional discount for me. This was also a great experience. The process was enjoyable, as there was no pressure. I felt my salesman had my best interest at heart. This is a stress free way of approaching a large transaction of any kind, much less a vehicle to transport and protect your loved ones. I am still smiling at the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, as it has an excellent staff and friendly service. I felt as though everyone I met there was someone just like me. Went to look for a car for the wife,found an Impala that we loved,worked with our salesman Greg and also owner Mark and was offered a fair price for our trade and made the purchase. We could not be happier with the car. We had two minor problems that were taken care of without any hesitation on there part. If your looking for a car you should consider Heritage and at the very least give them a chance to work with you,they are just outstanding people to work with.

I traveled over 200 miles to buy a car from Heritage Chevrolet after corresponding with Mark Schlegel via email. After arriving at the dealership I was not to be disappointed. The car was better than described and the trade appraisal Mark gave me via email was honored. The entire dealership made my wife and I feel like we were with old friends. I have bought many new and used vehicles over the years and this was easily the best experience I ever had. The entire staff made the process of buying go quick, knowing the distance we had to travel. Then unfortunately on the way home the car experienced a mechanical problem. I contacted Mark on Saturday, his day off and explained this to him. Without hesitation Mark offered to repair the problem, in fact told me to have it done locally at his expense knowing the distance involved. This was above and beyond anything I had ever before experienced. What a great place! I will be buying all my cars from Mark in the future. You just cannot beat this kind of treatment. Best I ever had.

The car was average as a used car and similar to what the other used car dealers had. We were looking for that perfect car if it was for sale out there. We were lucky and found it. Very few scratches on exterior. Only one scratch on the interior. Most used Chev HHR's have many scratches on the trunk and back seats as people use them often for cargo. Also the car we bought had leather seats and the owner had added chrome around the tail lights making it look more expensive. We were very lucky!

I test drove a Ford Focus here 1.5 weeks before actually deciding to purchase the car. I did everything over the phone once I did decide to buy it. I went to the dealership and signed everything, paid, and then got in the car to leave. They hadn't even filled the car with gas, something I'm sure every other dealer does and should do. Then I noticed that the car was idling very hard once I put it into Drive. After driving 30 ft the engine light comes on. They told me they could see what the problem was and get the car back to me a few days later. I didn't want to take the risk though. Luckily they refunded all my money. I am not sure what happened between the time I test drove the car and it ran great to the time I decided to purchase it. Someone at Heritage had to have noticed this problem before I got there to pick it up. Once I did ask the salesman for my money back he had a terrible attitude and didnt want to help at all. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Working with Dan made the purchase of my new vehicle a breeze and I'm confident that if there is every an issue I will be able to count of him to help us work it resolved. We are defenitely repeat customers.

We recently bought a 2012 Equinox at Heritage. We traded in our 2001 Venture and 2009 Traverse. We felt that we were treated with respect and honesty. We enjoyed our experience and will continue to stay with Heritage for our car's maintenance.

I have been buying cars for 50 years and this was the GREATEST experience with a dealership that I have ever had. No pressure, everyone friendly and interested in making you feel comfortable.
