Owner

From the time we drove into the shop, until we drove out, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. An explanation of what was done was given to us as we were leaving the lounge. I am very comfortable dealing with Lust Chevrolet.

Poor Response

I contacted the dealership concerning purchase of a truck the dealership had listed in an online website. The sales person answered without providing their name and proceeded with the discussion in a manner that gave me the impression that I had interrupted their day. I had questioned the type of use the truck might have been subjected to (in particular snow plowing/heavy trailer hauling). The answers provided seemed to be based upon a guess rather than known fact - e.g. "....well when you get up to the 2500 truck, most have a fifth wheel...". When verification was suggested, the sales person said that they would "go out to the truck to take a look and get right back" to me. My phone number was provided and verified to be correct. It's been two days with no return call. Although the dealership is a bit of a drive for me, I was still very interested in the truck. Unfortunately, it seems the dealership is not as interested in the sale of the truck.

Vehicle Service

The service to my vehicle was completed within four minutes ahead of the anticipated completion estimate time quote that I received when I check in. In addition to this, my vehicle was running and waiting for me to just hop in and to be on my way as I exited the customer lounge. Shelly already had my vehicle running and waiting for me. What an excellent touch in this day and age. Shelly and Steven Lust Automotive . . . Excellent Job!

EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

Mr. Pence is my favorite salesman and has sold me cars before. I would not even consider talking to another sales person. Mr. Mann made the transaction very smoothe also. I think it's because I let it slip out that I've been driving Impalas for fifty years!
