My experience with Withnell Hyundai was probably the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. I have bought new cars with most of the dealerships in Salem, Oregon and had good experiences with most of them but Withnell was a step above in my opinion. Withnell Motor Company is a true "5 Star Dealership"! I recently purchased my second vehicle from them. Crystal Asmam has been my sales person on both occasions. She is very professional and understands that honesty and integrity are both vital in maintaining a positive customer relationship. Because I live in Central Oregon, both vehicles were purchased via the internet through e-mails,text messages,and a few phone conversations. Each purchase was finalized before I drove over the mountain to pick up my new car. Upon arrival, all paperwork had been prepared in advance so that only my signatures were required to wrap things up. Bill Howard skillfully handled this task both times. Bill is very professional and respectful. Unfortunately, Crystal was unable to be there the day I picked up my new car so I worked with her assistant, Alli Federico. Alli is another great employee at Withnell Motors. She was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The last person I met was Scott Vonweller, another sales person at Withnell. He rode with me on the test drive and reviewed many of the car's features and linked my cell phone to the hands-free bluetooth system. Scott is a great guy and eager to answer your questions. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would strongly suggest you call or visit Withnell Motors! You will not be disappointed!

I bought a vehicle from Scott Von Weller. He was GREAT! I had left many other dealerships (especially ones in Portland) disgusted by terrible sale techniques and high pressure situations. (One dealership tried to get my social security and personal information just to talk to me about a price!!!!) Scott did a great job to help me find what I wanted. He was extremely low pressure and very honest. If he had or could get what I wanted he was willing to help me out. I spend tons of time researching things and figuring out where I'm getting ripped off and where I'm getting a good deal. When it came to all of the people and dealers I looked at this was the best deal and the best salesman. I have also owned my vehicle for about 8 months now and have no regrets. Since purchasing the car I've been back in and enjoyed conversations with Scott. He's a great guy!

Steve Baty and the Withnell dealership worked hard to get a "hard to get" model in, in a timely fashion. He made sure it had all the features I wanted. He arranged a test drive for me before ordering so I could make sure my golf clubs fit into the trunk of the Veloster. (They do). Salesman Brett V. has been very helpful with the electronic features we were not able to figure out. Enjoying my new car and the experience I had.

First time working with Withnell Motors. I had a good time there. Friendly staff. The sales person took time showing me the in and outs of the new car I just bought. I would definatly go back there again.

WHITHNELL MOTOR CO. I recently made a purchase from this company. The Best recommendation I can give is “beware”… the sales man and sale managers that I dealt with showed themselves to be predatory lairs on every level and made multiple misrepresentations of the facts about the vehicle… and when I revealed that I was not a Bumpkin that would take their deceptions for truth and did my own research they still tried to feed me a bunch of non-sense double-talk. Do yourself a favor; stay far away from this place…? I never give them another penny of my business. A Very Dishonest Den of Predators.

Crystal was very proactive and efficient. I was under a time schedule and she found me a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Very good vehicle. I was so pleased and relieved with the new car. I was able to trade in my 2007 Dodge Caliber that had problems and my car payment is only 20.00 more a month. Very positive experience! Thank you Crystal!

I would totally recommend to purchase any vehicle at Salem Withnell. My husband and I had intentions of going in on a Friday night after 6:30 to get a used Hyunadi, but ended up getting a 2012 Hyunadi Elantra and they gave us an excellent deal and stayed after business hours. Steve Baty is the most honest, trustworthy Fleet Manager to work with and I would have everybody do business with him. I love our new family car and will definetly go back and purchase vehicles @ Salem Withnell. Thank you to Steve Baty and Bill Howard for all the hard work.

Buying my used Hyundai was as good as a car buying experience can get. The Withnell staff were very efficient with a low pressure approach throughout the whole time. Karen is very professional and knowledgeable about the Hyundai products. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Very honest and easy to work with.
