Fantastic service.

Outstanding response, excellent communication, and I felt that they went out of their way to be sure all the service was taken care of. Appreciated the speed and manner in which I was treated.

Great service.

Customer service was superb. Stephen was very accommodating and listened to our wants and needs. In fact, he remembered them a week later when we went back. The follow up call was key, as to only had met us the one day. Very satisfied.

above and beyond service and sales department

This is our 3rd truck in the last 2 years from Varneys. Mark Bernard has gone above and beyond each time to find the right truck. Mike Bamford at the Bangor serive department also went above and beyond when I lost the transmission in my previous SUV. I came to varney to trade in my SUV for a truck in January. We will be varney customers for life. Mark and Mike have been outstanding!!

Service after the sale very good

Very good service after the sale. Had a few things that were taken care of by service dept in a very prompt manner.

more than I expected

good service, flexible scheduling.

Quick, easy, wasnt much of a hastle. The service representative worked with me to fit in a tight scheduled appointment.

Varney's GMC

Service department was backed up. I tried to make an appointment for lube and rotation for later in the day; but they gave me a loaner and sent me to do my shopping and called when it was done. That's how service should be done !!!

Great people and great vehicles

We enjoy the dealership as a whole, employees, the comfortable waiting room and the coffee and snacks are an excellent touch.

Sign and drive

Our buying experience was a pleasant surprise. Our sales person, Joe Cyr, was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Joe when above and beyond for us, making arrangements to have us picked up at the bus station and taken to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted in a very friendly manner and we could see everything was ready and available for us, just as promised. It was a great pleasure doing business with Varney. We would recommend them to anybody. Thank you.
