I took a car in to have the brakes replaced.

I took a car in to have the brakes replaced. The next day, my daughter drove the car and it made a loud grinding sound when braking. She was able to limp it back to the shop. The first advisor told her it was “normal” to have noise after a brake change, but thankfully my daughter insisted the noise wasn’t normal. When they checked out the car, they found that the tech didn’t put the bolts back in the calipers. When I called the shop and talked to the manager, he said sorry and blamed it on a new tech, but offered nothing to fix the situation. I asked him to talk with his manager and call me back, which he agreed to do. I have not received a call after more than 2 weeks. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never go back to this shop, nor recommend it to anyone due to a total lack of trust!

Fast, friendly, and convenient service.

Fast, friendly, and convenient service. Staff and service manager very knowledgeable. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, and recall done in a short amount of time.

Mondays service call was excellent.

Mondays service call was excellent. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy. The work that was done this fall - repair broken seat belt, was done ok, but in the process of the repair, the door locking system was messed up. We had to stop up two different times to get that fixed. The people involved with the locking system were very friendly. I was very disappointed with Dodge - I filled out a rating and explained that the seat belt was broken during manufacturing and I was very very disappointed in their workmanship. I have not even had a response to that rating. In my mind very poor customer service from Dodge. Fran Fedie

Got an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to

Got an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check a tire for a leak. Never rotated my tires, went back in the next day to ask since the same tire was causing issues. They said they rotated them, they didn’t, found the leak, patched it and STILL didn’t rotate them. Asked them to put on new wipers and they put on the wrong size. 400 dollars later, not.worth.it.
