sold my wife a ford explorer plat.

sold my wife a ford explorer plat. two weeks ago. lots wrong with it. advertisement heated seats has that but dont work. strurs bad sway bar and ends are bad. not sure what else. thanks for the good deal. sold it to laurie redmond

I am totally disgusted with their service.

I am totally disgusted with their service. I had an issue with my 2020 Ford Pickup Truck which I bought from them. An error popped up on my screen about a Def Issue but it was not totally blatant with what the issue was. They told me they didn't have time to check it with their sensor, to keep driving until the engine slowed down and seized up and to go to Kruse Ford in Marshall to see if they could help me. Kruse Ford ended up helping me out in about 10 minutes and explained that the def fluid was possibly low. They filled up the def fluid and the issue was taken care of within 20 minutes. Had I continued driving the truck I would have totally wrecked the engine. Maybe they don't like to have women customers because I certainly would never go back or recommend them! Stay away from them!

Took vehicle in to review paint issue.

Took vehicle in to review paint issue. Unscheduled appointment. Manager was extremely courteous. Instead of an hour or more wait, they took immediately resolved my issue, and got it back cleaned up also. What can you say but fantastic service. Great people. Top notch to work with. Dale

Worst dealer ship ever.

Worst dealer ship ever. Bought a truck threw them with a extended warranty that they were pushy on selling a whole load of extras, don’t even have the truck a week and a check engine like came on so I took it back and they told me it disappeared, which is xxxxxxxx they definitely erased it with a scanner so I’d just bring the truck home again. Come not even 6 months down the road the motor blows up and the total xxxxxxxx warranty Denys the claim. Dealership won’t stand by anything besides they know they xxxxed up and offered to send a check for $4,000 when they want $14,745 to put a motor in a truck I just laid them $25,000 for. Highly recommend any dealership other than these guys

They were super nice until I didn’t want all of the

They were super nice until I didn’t want all of the extras. Told the lady doing the financing that I didn’t want a warrantee, she treated me like an inconvenience. Told the sales guy I didn’t want the paint protection, I was already at the top of my budget, and he said, “yeah that’s what I thought.” And he was pretty rude about it. I bought a used vehicle, not a Ford, and I asked them if they would throw in floor mats. The owner said he would order them because he wanted to make sure they would fit - didn’t have any for this make of car. He wrote a note for the sales guy on a random scrap of paper, and I knew that second I would never see floor mats - it’s been four months. Overall, decent price on a vehicle, but I wouldn’t buy from them again. They didn’t clean it well, and there are some minor things that aren’t 100% - like a clicking fan and a front speaker that rattles. More than anything, they weren’t very nice once I’d made the decision to buy.

Great Experience!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Erik was a great salesman to deal with. He made the process seamless and easy for me. I got a really great deal on an amazing car. I would absolutely drive the 8 hours to buy a car from Weelborg again. I was dreading buying a new car because I had a poor experience last time at another dealership, but the experience I had at Weelborg Ford surpassed my expectations and I am extremely pleased. Thanks again!

charged me 500 bucks more then they had cross posted for

charged me 500 bucks more then they had cross posted for on a different site and the truck isnt even useable box is falling off and gas tank fill tube is plugged worst dealer i have delt with

Dis-honorable Dealer

Most spineless dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I put a deposit down on a new Raptor on 4/26 and the agreed upon price was $82,195 which was the window sticker price. On June 8th the truck was delivered to the dealership. I get a call from the sales manager and he informs me that the owner of the dealership now wants $10,000 over the window sticker price. This was obviously not the terms we agreed upon. I would never do business with this dealership. If you a looking for someone who does not honor deals, then this is the place for you. Further more, the owner was such a chicken sh** he didn't call me himself. The part that pisses me off is I know they don't care because they will get someone to pay that. But if I can get at least 1 person to make a purchase somewhere else, then that will put a smile on my face. Furthermore, it took less than 5 minutes for someone else to call back to refund my deposit which tells me they really don't care. On a different note, my salesman Jim Oman was great to work with. It was the owner of the dealership that screwed up the whole deal.
