We came to just look at a new car and left with a new car. It was a bitter cold day but Byron started the cars to warm up before we tried them out. He was very informative and there was never any pressure. All of the staff from start to finish obviously love working there. Had a service appt. They got me in on time. Kevin was great. I got a new phone and he synced me right up after the service was complete. The whole process only took a half hour. Great job as always by the service department!

Mallory, Chandler and Chris were fantastic! Mallory is clearly the brains of the organization but Chandler and Chris are decent enough eye candy! Great customer service. Picked up my car at work and dropped it off when done, even though I’m 2 hours away. The person who picked up the car was very friendly. Only thing is I wish I had a receipt of the work done. Wasn’t one left in the car, and I requested an email copy but never received anything. Work was all under warranty, but it’s still nice to have documentation of the work.

I continue to be impressed with the service department. Your car is in at your appointment time. Never a long wait.
