Very poor experience.
Very poor experience. I bought a used work truck for my company, of witch I have done many times over the last 40 years. I agreed to the price given, read all comments provided about the truck only to find differently after I drove for it a while. I should have paid better attention, I was in the it's "just another truck mode". It was listed as Non Smoker...UN-true, nice masking! But it reviled it's self shortly. It has 400 more miles on it than even the paperwork said. There is a chip in the wind shield, but I had to take it "as is", not even an offer to bring it back for repair! I asked about warranty as it only had 50k miles on it, and without hesitation I was told, "no warranty", as is. I blew up, this truck is only two years old and you don't even have a 30 day dealer warranty or something? I drove, with a cash deal, one hour to get here for nothing! He new I was very up set and went to his "manager", came back with, Oh yes it still has factory warranty...bumper to bumper for 60k and 100k drive train. So I stayed and completed the deal. All through this process I was reminded that they are loosing monies on this deal???? You made the deal! Before I drove all this way, with a paid employee, I had sent everything, new title info, drivers licenses, proof of insurance for the vehicle. And there we sat while the paperwork was processed. I buy a lot of vehicles in my trade, this is not how it's done, they are lucky it fit my needs. Very disappointing....

Very poor customer service from every angle.
Very poor customer service from every angle. My son was buying his first vehicle and what should have been an exciting, fun process, was a complete nightmare. We sat at the dealership for over 4 hours while these "salespeople" wandered around like they'd never done this before. The app process was slow (sales guy pecked one key at a time), replaced us with another customer while we looked at the vehicle and waited for financing), then realized they hadn't collected pay stubs and had to resubmit info. We wandered around waiting until someone finally showed us the lounge. We had to keep checking for updates until ww were told that the lender had closed wo any approval. We signed makeshift loan papers while the dealership was closing, and they all stood by the door with the lights out, waiting to show us the door. It was unprofessional and like nothing I've ever experienced at a dealership before. No apologies, no explanations, no compensations (oh wait, my son got a pen!!) and no effort to explain the delays so I'm led to believe this is just how they operate regularly. Even the next day, my son is begging them for updates as to when he can have finally get his truck. They have to fix something they broke on it and we've already waited half the day for it to be completed. VERY disappointing experience. Never again here.

It is close to an hour's drive for me to get to Nester's
It is close to an hour's drive for me to get to Nester's in Roscommon. But it is a drive I will take every time I need service, and a drive I will make when I buy my next Chevy. Everyone there treats you like they are glad you came in. They always have a loaner car ready and available so I don't have to miss work. They also take the time to research all of Chevy's recalls and service suggestions (other dealers make you do the research) and they make sure it's done right before giving you your vehicle back.. I haven't had to pay for any service I've had because of this.

My husband and I live over an hour away and had problems
My husband and I live over an hour away and had problems with our 2013 Silverado while we were visiting family at Higgins Lake. This was August 2022. The truck was towed to Nesters Roscommon as they were the closest dealership. They diagnosed it and replaced the front sway links, bushings, outer tie rods, front brake pads, rear shoes, and hardware, machined the rotors and drums, both front bearings, performed a front end alignment, and an oil change. Three months later the truck went into our local dealership and they cited faulty workmanship as the reason why our breaks were sticking and cleaned them before re-installing them. Two months after that, the truck was back at our local dealership to have the bearing replaced. At that time, we found out that the oil and filter were the only gm parts that Nesters had used and that all of the other parts were aftermarket. Since the bearing was aftermarket, the warranty did not include labor and we were forced to pay out of pocket for a new one to be installed. One month later and now the other bearing is howling. We will never return to Nesters.

Can’t be trusted
Sold me a vehicle that was by law suppose to be safe, instead had FAULTY BRAKES. They failed on the very first drive. Went to the Smokey Mountains. Reported to dealer immediately and they did nothing. Went to dealer showed them the unsafe pads and rotors and the Owner/Manager turned his back on me and walked away. Not the first bad experience I’ve had with them but for sure my last dealing. Did business with them for over 20 years and watched them decline. Well they have sunk to the abyss.
