Do people right...joke of a dealership

I bought a Ford escape with a extended warranty and it wasn't even a few months later engine trouble. Was told it needs new blocks covered under the plan I choose... They provided me with a loaner car same type vehicle.. had broken windshield and transmission problems .. I still have the loaner car almost 9 months later.. I've called the dealership several times a week..no joke for the last nine months.. I still don't have my car or a idea of when it's going to be finished ...I am super upset... Disappointed to the fullest .I purchased this car with my new born daughter this car was ment to protect her and keep her comfortable while we traveled... My daughter is about to be two and has yet to experience her new car cause it's a lemon they sold me ....... Take you peice of xxxx back and give me my money ..... Dealership is a joke.... Don't buy your car or spend your money here ...

Really great guidance

I hadn't bought a car without my husband before, and I was very pleased with the guidance that Sheldon gave me. We discussed all my options, and it was easy for me to make a choice after knowing what to choose from. I'm very happy with my Explorer.
