Extraordinary experience at Twin City Subaru

I had a wonderful experience with Twin City Subaru, all thanks to Paul Walsh! He was prompt to answer any questions, a pleasure to work with and very informative. He made magic happen to pair me with a manual transmission Cross Trek. My 2021 Cross Trek is fun to drive and perfect for my growing family. Thank you Paul, for all of your help!

Trying out a vehicle that would work for us

I wouldn’t walk in the door ever again salesman and management yelling at you saying your car is dangerous for the road and it just passed inspection that day and give you nothing for your trade very discusting didn’t take long to leave that place I feel sorry for anyone going there.

Perfect transaction across two state lines

A now (very happy) third time Subaru owner, I recently purchased a new Outback Touring XT. My 2013 3.6R Outback was over 155,000 miles and I really wanted to hit 200k on it, but things happened. I was in a pinch. The XT was all the way in Vermont while I live in Connecticut...turned out not be an issue at all! Luckily I had some work to do in Vermont the day after contacting Jose and Oliver Dylan Otis at Twin CIty. They handled all the parts on their end as if I were across the desk from them. Never really would have thought that a sight-unseen car purchase without a dealer visit would go so well., The day after I contacted them I filled out my credit app, and sent the needed things like license, current registration and insurance. A deliver driver, Cinder (short for Cindy), met me where I was in Vermont just one day after. SO...within two days I was in a new car I needed. NO pressure even with them knowing the position I was in. Thank you TC Team!

Rude, poorly managed, and unresponsive

I have had many issues with the service department. From rude service desk members to never receiving callbacks, I would rate my experience here as negative and poor. I could go into detail, but would rather not waste my time. I have had to speak to the manager because of a rude service rep, had my car damaged after repairs, had to call 7 times to schedule an appointment, etc etc. I wanted to purchase a used vehicle but the salesmen seemed disinterested so I flew to Florida to get a used Subaru instead. I will not be buying a car from them when ali upgrade. I'll got to another city or state.

Anthony Goldsmith and Twin City Subaru- Five Star

My husband and I recently purchased a new Forester at Twin City Subaru and we were so very pleased with this dealership and especially with Anthony Goldsmith, the salesman we dealt with there. He is such a pleasant and helpful young man, a real asset to the dealership. Overall, we felt we were dealt with in an upfront and honest way and would recommend Twin City to family and friends.

Mr. Daniel Hill

I recently visited Twin City Subaru looking for a late year model Outback.I was helped by Anthony Goldberg. He was very knowledgeable, polite and low pressure in showing me my options. I did buy a 2016 Certified Pre-owned Outback. The entire process was pleasant and pressure free. I would wholeheartedly recommend both the dealership and Anthony to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Poor service

I have had an issue with check engine, cruse control and another light coming on in my 2012 Forester. I brought it to Twin City on four occasions to get fixed. The light kept coming back on until the fourth service when they had to put in a new emissions system. The third service resulted in me having to bring my car back yet again because they ordered the wrong part, which ended up not even resolving the issue. The last time I brought my car to Twin City to get the new emissions system, my car was there for two weeks (I was away for one of the two weeks). When I got my car back, there was a crack in the windshield that was not there when I dropped it off. I had dropped off my car with the gas tank over 3/4 the way full, and got it back with less than 1/4 of a tank. Someone had clearly driven my car as the time on my clock was changed, the radio stations were changed, and there were crumbs all over my console. I found out that one of the service employees had driven my car to and from his home and work (!) somewhere between 100 and 200 miles. No one asked my permission to drive my car this far. Totally unprofessional. I will never bring my car here again.

Two hour appointment consumes SIX hours

I had a two hour appointment to have a remote starter installed on a family member's Subaru recently purchased at Twin City . It was six hours ( 11 a.m . until after 5 p.m. ) before they finished .During that time , no staff member troubled themselves to keep me informed as to why there was such an egregious delay or to offer a courtesy car . I approached the service desk twice and was given inaccurate information as to when the car would be ready . After six hours from checking in , I was sent on my way , however; they neglected to give me the control for the starter . Massive Fail in service and communication .

Subaru Berlin VT

Once again, the staff at the Berlin subaru got me in same day for a minor service issue on a car I had just bought from another dealer. Treated me as if I just bought a new car through them (which I had twice, both great experiences!) answered all my concerns with my car and as always, the best dealer customer service anywhere.
