Great service for both vehicle and customer
Brought my Outback in for 85K checkup, and glad I did. I had a tire with a slow leak, and it has been driving me nuts putting air in constantly!! They found the reason was an improper seal on the rim. No more leaking, no more warning light! They also found the air filter was very dirty, and replaced that too (with my permission of course). They checked everything, and provided a nice service report that I can use for future reference. I am traveling this weekend, and now have peace of mind. Very pleasant people to deal with, the waiting lounge is very clean and has top notch reading material! Say 'Hi' to Joe G. and Lou C. for me!

I have a 13 Ford Fusion. I was treated very well when I came in for body repairs on my car. The car was ready to go when they said it would be. They did a good job and the guys sure are friendly.

My Ford F-150
I appreciate the way the everybody treated us at Ripleys. Salesman was not pushy! The negotiations out in the open was pleasant and respectful. Everyone treats you like you someone special. The service dept has also professional & prompt. I highly recommend buying a truck or car from this dealer ship! Besides that I love my Ford Truck! It drives like a dream! Has the power to haul my trailers and in the summer plenty of room to carry Kayaks, bicycles & materials u need to go to camp! Thank you!
