Exceptional might be a bit overstating... but my service experience was quite good. Timely, nice, and my oil change was, will what it should be... done.!. People either make a break a place. Your service folk are good. They are there to do their jobs, that's apparent, but they will also take a couple seconds to joke and talk. Good blend. Thanks! We were traveling and a check engine light came on. Lithia service worked hard to fetus back on the road fast. Nice work, and ice people too!

This is the 2nd car I've purchased through Lithia CJD of Eugene and working with Guy German. The experience both times were excellent and easy. Even referred a friend who purchased with the same experience.

No nonsense purchase. Saw what we liked online, went down & bought it, no hassles, very seamless. Salesman was very knowledgeable of the product and very helpful.

Overall a good experience. The service dept. employees could use a little more training or maybe a refresher on customer service phone skills, they are a little lacking. Also the service area is gloomy. Could use some brighter lighting, maybe some new paint, etc.

I like the fact they do an inspection and let me know about items that might be needing service in the near future, but don't high pressure me into doing them right now.
