Markups galore in 2025 !

Markups galore in 2025 ! All the typical shady tactics used by dealers are present here. Don't go alone. U will need someone to pull you out the door to your safety! Please please please go to any Portland Mazda dealer. It will be worth a day of your time.

We had a terrible experience at kiefer Mazda last

We had a terrible experience at kiefer Mazda last weekend! We liked a used Tahoe for sale and when we took it for a test drive the gas light was on we asked for it to get gas in it and they did not. We ask to see what payments would be on it after we talked it over and decided we wanted it! They gave us a print out and it had a $600 “dealership fee” my husband said we’re not paying that and the boss said because he had to pay for a tail light it helps him pay that. So we left and said if you decide to waive the fee let us know! Within twenty minutes the salesman(was super nice through everything!) text us to let us know his boss is going to waive the fee but in return he wanted two five star reviews. So the next morning we go to see it and make sure everything works and to take it on one more test drive and we asked to get gas in it so we can drive it. While the salesman is talking to his boss, we are checking all the buttons and sitting in the heat…. By the time he comes back with just a $10 gas voucher the car dies on us… completely out of gas! Don’t buy cars from here, they leave their cars all on completely empty and just fill it enough for the gas light to turn back off lol and the boss treats his employees terrible and he’s rude! Figured since he wanted reviews so badly, I’d be sure to leave him one to warn others. We are taking our business elsewhere

Avoid this place, the worst salespeople ever and that is saying something for a used car dealer. Wish I could remember the name of the horrible guy I spoke with but wanted to clean my mind out from this place and experience.

Purchased a 2024 CX50 about 6 weeks ago.

Purchased a 2024 CX50 about 6 weeks ago. Other than a text with no name attached to ask if I had any questions I have not heard from them. 30 grand is not much to them but a pretty big deal for us. I even sent two replies to a request for a document adding my comments about the car. Again, no response. It would be nice to know they appreciated my business but they seem indifferent.

Worst buying experience ever!

Worst buying experience ever!!! Warning there quaranty means nothing.... Was told I had a quaranty approval for a car loan over the phone after filling out paperwork online and talking with sales manager.... wanted an approval brier to making the 1 hour drive..... so they got me approved a vehicle dove home only to get a call a week later telling us bank denied us for the original contract only approved for triple the interest and double the payments.... they asked me if I still wanted the car lol... they think I'm an idiot! So don't ever go thru what we did and buy your vehicle else that really cares about what's best for there customers and not about putting money in there pockets

I had a very good experience dealing with Kiefer Mazda on

I had a very good experience dealing with Kiefer Mazda on Goodpasture rd in Eugene. I felt " heard and appreciated from the moment I arrived. It became a team effort to find me the vehicle I wanted. Without feeling pressured and Up sold to buy something I didn't want. Alan Stickland was very down to earth and cared. I recommend that if you go for a visit. Be sure to ask for Alan. While the GM of the dealership really sealed the deal with his authentic desire to make sure I left his dealership happy. Thank you all Kiefer Mazda team. I'll be sure to tell people I know where the best deals in town are. Thanks again.

After paying $2000 to fix my breaks, my radio and clock

After paying $2000 to fix my breaks, my radio and clock had stopped working. They wanted $130 to run a diagnosis. After a repeated circular arguments and some patronizing statements by the manager, they agreed to run the diagnostics for free but not until I had to threaten them with filing a complaint with the state consumer protection bureau. Their "diagnostics" showed power going to my radio and clock. However their crack team of technicians couldn't tell why the radio and the clock was not working and the management did not take responsibility. They blamed it on my "xxxxty luck" (their words, not mine). I had to run to a doctor's appointment which the Kiefer "team" could care less about. One star is too generous!
