Michael and the service department always pleasant and professional. Appointment for 24 Silverado with mysterious frozen, wet and stained back seat. Didn't take that long for the service mechanic [Nick?] to find the source of the problem. When the leather seats were installed the air vents weren't put back in. (I didn't know trucks had vents) So our new truck had water leaking in for two months. Our family has been using Crest since we moved to the area 9 years ago. Cannot say enough good things about the Crest service Department. Thanks again.

In my nearly 50 years of car shopping I’ve never had a better experience than last week at Crest. Matt & Eric are what all car sales people should be like. I can’t recommend this dealership enough.

Worst experience ever. I was quoted to have work done 800 to 900, after waiting eight and a half hours I got a bill for 1700 dollars.. so I would suggest you go with the back yard guy and never go to Crest.

Salesperson Eric was so wonderful to make a deal with. So polite and sweet. Finance manger was just as accommodating and pleasant! Easy to buy from.

My Crest experience was great. There was a lot of Ram’s to choose from and the prices were great. The sales and service teams were friendly and helpful. I will be back the next time I’m in the market for a truck.

I would definitely recommend Crest to my family and friends!! Matt, Edd and the service department have been wonderful on my first ever brand new vehicle. Even though it’s two hours away, I would drive again to make another purchase. Unfortunately, I had some trouble with my brand new truck the second day of driving it. Matt and Edd and the whole Crest team have been bending over backwards and trying to help get this problem resolved. They even brought me a rental vehicle at no charge and dropped it off in my driveway.

Bought my very first Chevrolet Camaro Crest and I’m glad I did.
