Bought car to take out of state. Paid for reg and title 8 weeks ago, still no tags. Call and get put on hold. Zero follow up. Service shop excellent, otherwise horrible customer service.

Purchased a used, low-mileage Honda CR-V. Our sales rep Sharon C. was extremely helpful and worked hard to make the sale as easy and satisfactory as possible. Everyone was very accommodating. They went beyond what was expected and beyond what was asked. Great experience.

Very pleasant sales experience. Becki Smith was my sales person and he was very easy to deal with. She went into great detail in explaining all of the features of the vehicle that I had purchased (2015 Nissan Rogue). I would recommend Davidson Nissan to anyone who was in the market for a vehicle either new or used.

poor customer service from a sales rep named CAM
Not helpful, rude obnoxious, arrogant, not knowledgeable about product and not willing to come down in price even a dollar to make a sale; maybe because it's not the end of the month and his quotas are low.

Davidson Nisan service center
I own a Titan. I've been trying to get my truck in for the regularly scheduled maintenance but I've been very unsuccessful. I call every other day And get the same run a round. "Were booked today and all week, probably can get you in sometime next week" the center is know for getting people in as the come but since new management took over that section it isn't like that anymore. Why? What has the customer service went that Davidson Nissan is known for? Use to be Excellent service in that section when a lady name Amanda worked there and was dedicated to keeping customers happy and there vehicles taking care of stress free. Now on another hand, Matthew Parker on the sales side will take good care and assure your purchase is as speedy as possible. Thank you Matt.
