Let us say that Jennifer Hollenbeck made us feel comfortable and like family, the moment we walked it. There was no pressure, she answered our many questions, built and rebuilt trucks for us and would never want to deal with anyone but her again. From the moment we walked in the door, not only did Jennifer show us respect, but everyone at Bergstrom in Oshkosh has become part of our Truck family. We plan on spending a lot of time there for oil changes, maintenance and cookies!

Brian did a great job explaining all the features of the "techy" equipment on my new Equinox and he programmed my radio stations as well as the Bluetooth feature. I am a happy customer!

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and from the time I drove in and was greeted by Rick, the service writer, to the time in the waiting room when both car porters, Tom and Stan specifically came over to say hi and ask how I was, to the time Chad, my personal Service Consultant came over to say hi and ask how everything was going, my experience at Bergstrom is always nothing but top notch. Even the Service Manager, while walking by, recognized me and greeted me and said hi. These folks get it and make it happen. At Bergstrom, you don't feel like you're at a dealership, you feel like you're with family who just want to help you. Great job!!

Chad Yager was great to work as always. He listened to what I had to say on what was wrong with my leased vehicle. He always kind, friendly and courteous! I enjoy working with Chad!

Chad and Tom went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired the way I wanted it done. It was a tough situation but they both stepped up and took care of everything. I cannot thank them enough and the vehcile is running like a dream. My vehicle was returned to me very clean inside and out.

Would do it again, just not so soon, as Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the purchase of my 2014 GMC Sierra a reality in a short time.

This is our forth vehicle at Bergstrom Chevrolet in Oshkosh. As always we have had a great experience working with the staff.
