Car has been at dealer since July 6th.

Car has been at dealer since July 6th. It's been 51 days and the car has not even been diagnosed. They are short handed. Apparently so short handed that cars are languishing in the service department for months at a time. The service guy shared that one truck had been their since February! And another car for 4 months! Don't go to this dealer for anything. Especially service. I didn't have a choice as my car quit working at 60mph and this is where I got towed to.

We moved to the area three years ago and wanted someplace

We moved to the area three years ago and wanted someplace locally to service our vehicles. We made the right decision without a doubt bring our auto's here. Yesterday, we needed to upgrade one of our vehicle and this team was awesome in making that happen. Ken, Brian and Michael went beyond the call to put us in the perfect vehicle. We highly recommended this friendly dealership.

Worst service department. Avoid at all cost!

Plan on your car being returned with repairs not completed and several other areas being broke that weren't before. No good mechanic would work for low pay in the Caro area. And they don't have better deals on new or used cars. Total waste of time out of your life and unwanted drama.

Poor Body Shop

Right off the bat I will clarify the only good thing at this place is the experienced painter. I have never dealt with any place quite like this place. The vehicle took 28 days longer than I was told it would take. They did not replace the custom accessories with the same design, but only what the body shop manager wanted.. vehicle assembled sloppy. Would not work with insurance company who was willing to pay for correct parts. Beware of this place, not the only one who is regretting having work done here.
