Kyle Flohrs was a great salesman. He helped me get a great trade in for my Ford Escape and get a newer Ford Escape. I wouldn't want anyone else helping us. He helped us when we traded our truck back in 2019 and got a newer truck. We will gladly go with Fairmont Ford again as long as we can deal with Kyle. He was friendly, polite, respectful and courteous.

Gregg Smitherman was an excellent salesman, he was responsive, informative, helped my set up my new Edge and fordpass app. He gave me what I needed and asked for and was low-pressure which is what I prefer. I can say we will be coming back in the future for our next car which will be first time using dame dealership more than once. Thank you Gregg for a great experience.

Hard to get a service appointment
I believe in "buying local" and have bought two Expeditions from Fairmont Ford. However, getting a service appointment in a timely fashion is nearly impossible. I called last week for a simple oil change and the first available appointment was in 10 days. On the plus side, if you can get a service job done they do it well and at reasonable rates. They appear to be very short staffed in their service department now and for as long as I have done business with them.

Called Gregg day before to let him know gonna be over to have service check out my powerstroke & interested in awd edges’ (2) they had. Effortless service & checked out edges, got a few groceries and returned ( Gregg busy man). His co worker James got me & my wife started on the process, even got some negotiating in! Between the two of them we remembered why we returned ….effortless, no fuss no muss, & integrity. Will be life long customers & refer everyone we can to a great car dealership experience. I was in to rent a car to drive to KC. When leaving I noticed a used Chev Equinox in used lot. I went back in and talked to Greg S. about a trade. I called my wife to come and look at the car and take for test drive. James K. and Greg S. took my car for test drive. Trading cars was not even on my mind at the time. This was late Thursday before Xmas. The negotiations went well and timely. We agreed on the financial terms quickly. However, being late in the day and people leaving work, I told them we could finalize the deal the following week. My wife and I love the vehicle. That was probably the quickest and most pain free car trade I have made.
