Excellent customer service all the way around through the entire process. Our salesman JR was top notch in the handling of our new lease from beginning to end always anticipating our every need. He was very considerate in every way from offering refreshments, to showing me around the dealership, returning phone calls to he even called me and let me know I had left my coat on the back of a chair the day I picked up my car and also helped me order some new mats for my car.!t was top notch customer service all the way around and I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and ask for JR. A gentleman with the last name of Ashley went over all the paperwork and he was great to deal with as well answering all my questions etc. I could not be more satisfied with the dealership

Well a few years back we had bought a vehicle from your
Well a few years back we had bought a vehicle from your dealer ship and the sales team that helped us were great very attentive to our needs even though we were very restricted on what we could spend . They did us the best heal that they thought that they had for us turns out the car had a lot of bad reviews on that make and model and of course we got one of the bad ones . We had Four major problems in the first six months of owning the car . I became angry and thought that the dealer ship was just ignoring us and we were going to be stuck with this problem car forever , the real fault didn’t lye with Garber but with the manufacturer of the vehicle we contacted them and told the the issues and they just basically said to bad so sad sorry about your bad luck. So of course I thought that it was the dealer who should make it right . But they can only work with what they know and are told by the customer and they go buy what the mechanics give the to go on. They sell to you and I in go faith that the car will do as it should. So angry and upset I made some bad statements instead of blaming the real problem Satan and the manufacturer Buick. So I now want to clear that up God has worked out that I have a different vehicle and better than I could have hoped for . And I want people to know that Creg Lang and his team at Garber midland are top notch and full combatant to meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals in getting the best deal for your money. I had a 1pm oil change on my 2021 C8, that I bought from
I had a 1pm oil change on my 2021 C8, that I bought from you guys. After checking out some cars on the lot I cane back to the Service Department and my car was still outside ( at 1:50 pm). I was told that the host they use for C8's was being used fir an alignment. So around 2:50 I was told it was done. I go to get in my car and find fresh grease stains on my driver's side carpeted floor mat. It was cleaned off and I was on my way. Kelsie Willford was very apologetic. I understand that it wasn't her fault. But the timing of my scheduled appointment was. Better communication with your departments is crucial for customer satisfaction. I certainly don't appreciate it; and no discounts for wasting my time.
