Sam did a great job getting me into a perfect car for my needs. Leased a Ford Escape AWD hybrid. Very nice. Perfect for Driving in Maine in all seasons. Great gas mileage.

The dealership was great.

The dealership was great. The financing process was a breeze. When I was there, several people walking by made sure I was being helped. The car, itself, is meh - it vibrates a lot and doesn't have some basic amenities (there's one automatic window that only goes down, you have to press/hold for it to go up and for all other windows; manual moving of seats; first world problems, I know, but it's tough to ignore it when you've had it in other vehicles).

I had to have my tires rotated and a safety inspection

I had to have my tires rotated and a safety inspection done dropped off my car went for a walk for an hour, and it was all done

Jay Snyder In Service really knows his job. He takes care of people as if they were family. He lets you know what is going on with your vehicle. Once they found the problem with my car he called me to let me know before just going ahead and fixing it.
