I always feel good about having my 24 Volvo XC90 serviced @ Portland Volvo,when I go thru Brian.he always listens to what I want done,& makes great suggestions to make sure that my Volvo is always serviced correctly,& kept up to date electronically.

I would not recommend working with William Champagne at

I would not recommend working with William Champagne at Portland Volvo. Initially, he was responsive but not very helpful when making the sale, but as soon as we committed to purchasing the vehicle, his communication disappeared. After we wired a significant amount of money, William went completely silent, ignoring texts and calls and failing to provide any updates. A good salesman follows through before AND after a sale, and William clearly doesn’t care once he has your money. His lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already frustrating buying experience. If you value clear and consistent communication, do yourself a favor and avoid working with William Champagne.

Brought my 2024 xc40 in for the third time for navigation

Brought my 2024 xc40 in for the third time for navigation issues (google). This time they did a software update and hoped this would fix it. But, it did not! I've done more research online and found one that states: When doing a cold start, its by design for the car to not activate the navigation system for the first 10 minutes or so. This is so the battery energy can be used for high priority systems such as warming up the engine. Whereas the navigation system (google) is low priority, it will not start until the important systems are satisfied. Therefore it should be considered normal for navigation to delay upon a cold start. It went on to say that Volvo someday may make a fix so that this does not happen. I think that Portland Volvo did what it could do and for that I am appreciative! Anxious to see what the future brings.

I just purchased my first Volvo and my experience with

I just purchased my first Volvo and my experience with Heather was fantastic. After visiting a couple other dealerships, Heather was the only sales rep to call me. She was able to find the color interior I was looking for and she even delivered it to my office in Auburn. She took the time to answer my questions and she patiently sat with me and pointed out several features. I am very happy with my experience at Portland Volvo and in particular with Heather.

Love my 2024 XC 60.

Love my 2024 XC 60. Michael Pieter was by far the absolute best person to walk me through the purchase of my first plug-in hybrid. He clearly knows EVs and what works here in Maine. Great overall experience!
