Much different than the 'typical' experience

The 'typical' experience is defined by an aggressive salesperson and a few managers, and then waiting, and then back and forth, and haggling, and then upsell. My experience at Alderman's was different - and appreciated. I could tell straight-away that these were local people representing a family business with ties to the community. They earned my business and I would go back without hesitation.

2017 GMC Acadia Denali excedes my expectations

My buying experience at Alderman's was as good as can be for buying a new vehicle. Great sales staff. I also can't say enough about the 2017 Acadia. Very quiet comfortable ride and excellent gas mileage. I also love the advanced safety features. Highway gas mileage is about the same as my 2010 Toyota Highlander HYBRID.

Satisfied customer

A quick and painless process purchasing my new used vehicle. The car is in excellent shape and well priced. Sales staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy. I would return to this dealership for future purchases.

Warranteed issues..

After gong to the dealership from where I purchased my 2016 GMC Denali and given the run around about the issues I had and that they were going to charge me a $1000.00 and the issues, according to them, were not under warrantee (Mileage was 1200 miles), I contacted Alderman's GMC in Rutland and they took care of my issues that WERE under warrantee. Great service, knowledgeable people. GREAT pleasure to deal with.

Great experience!

The whole process was super fast and easy and everyone was a great help and made sure I got the truck I wanted at the price I could afford! I will definitely return for my next truck!

Perfect experience.

Hostess with the Mostest!

It is BRILLIANT having a hostess in the Service area to talk to us, get us coffee, drive our cars to the appropriate spot and just generally make us feel at home! The woman you hired to do this is perfect for the job!

shady dealer.

I contacted alderman's about a specific truck. I coordinated a deal on said truck with their Internet Sales manager. I told them I lived over two hours away and would make the trip for this deal. I was shown a great deal and was told they would have to verify my trade was worth what was quoted in the deal. I called the deal told them I was coming up through the snow storm and would be there in three hours. He asked me to call him back I'd I couldn't make it. I get there after my 2 and half hour ride and they sold the truck within minutes of me getting there. Or so they say. This is after they took my keys to look at my truck and I was there for 45 minutes. They had no other trucks with this package but the try and get me to look at another truck that was same color. Come on guys this is what gives dealers a bad reputation....waste my time,gas and safety all so you could make a buck. You had me on your apps board you could have waited til I looked at the truck. It called and asked if I wanted to put a deposit down Unscrupulous dealer
