Inspection & Oil Change took 3 Days?
Originally brought my truck that I leased here in for an oil change. Was told it also needed inspection. Asked me to leave it for a few hours. Started inspection but unable to complete due to lack of a part. We brought it back again the next day and dropped off in morning. End of the day we get a call saying unable to complete inspection and asked us to bring it back again for a 3rd day on Monday. We did and we finally got it inspected after almost $300 bill. Other dealers in the area offer free inspections on vehicles leased. Considering new options when this lease runs out now.

The paperwork was way to long overall the process was very good all the staff were friendly and helpful Sally our dog was treated well also she had a wonderful time there going to visit with everyone

Many years ago I had a bad experience with alderman service department however when I was shopping for a new vehicle I decided to give them another chance and I’m glad I did.
