Best Buying experience

Excellent customer service. Kevin and him team were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted without hassles and troubles. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I love my new Outlander. Perfect family vehicle. Thank you Showcase Mitsubishi.

Best Customer service ever

I found a car online and contacted them. Ruthy responded within minutes and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She was very easy to work with when it came to scheduling a showing and test drive, as I live 2 hours away. We decided to purchase the vehicle and the service we received was incomparable, this was by far the easiest and friendliest dealership and customer service we have ever seen/experienced. Definitely going to make future purchases with them. Ruthy and Scott did an amazing job. Thank you guys very much. We would definitely recommend Showcase Mitsubishi in Bay City MI to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Awesome service

Ruthy was very helpful. She helped us get in the vehicle that we wanted in a very timely manner. The other staff there was very nice and kept us and our 2 small children entertained while the paperwork was being done. Scott was very quick to get the financial stuff and other paperwork together for us. Ruthy even sat in the vehicle with me and we went over all of the gadgets. Overall, we got what we wanted and was very happy with our visit!

Very Friendly

Ruthy was very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicles she is selling. I found the car online Sunday night and she called me first thing in the morning on Monday. We each did our side of the paperwork and I picked up the car on Tuesday. Quick and easy.

Mitsubishi

They were great to deal with. Had worked with one agent on the phone and via text to complete the sale. On the day I arrived she was busy with another client and instead of just having me sit in the waiting room another agent took me out and went through all the specs of the car with me. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry as well as all questions along the way. Highly recommend and will be going back when I purchase a car for my daughter.

2012 Jeep

Staff was amazing! Other than signing papers, everything was done over the phone and super easy! Ruthy was super helpful and the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. Scott was great with the financial side and even the other service and salesmen were friendly and open for conversation while I waited. If I could afford two vehicles, I’d definitely buy from them again! Thanks for your hospitality guys!

Mislead by pricing

I dont reccomend them due to a vehicle deal that fell through. The vehicle was advertised at one price and when it came time to pay for the vehicle it magically was 2k higher than advertised online, and then we were told we didnt qualify for all of the rebates they reflect in the online pricing. We've found better service now with the Mitsubishi dealership south of here.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I am looking into it now. I see there is a difference of $875. Is it possible there is a rebate that you didn't qualify for in any way? As a manufacturer we are obligated to make customers aware of all rebates and incentives, unfortunately not all customers apply, I see there isn't a difference of $2000 in price. It is quoted in our listing that price includes all rebates paid to dealer. Is it possible you didn't qualify for one of the rebates? Our goal is to try to get everyone in a car. I noticed the vehicle of sale you posted is not on our listing, no longer for sale. However I do currently have a 2018 Mirage for the price of $12,889. Please let me know how I can help. Oil change and tire rotation

Very nice and did not take that long! Looking forward to getting my oil changed here when the weather is above freezing! Thanks Mitsubishi for a great experience!

Some of the tech stuff was over my head , but She was very understanding and helpful . The paper work was straight forward and easy to do . The car was clean and delivered on time . Thumbs Up !
