Reliable and Efficient Service

I have 3 Chevrolet vehicles, 17 Cruze, 16 Suburban, 87 Truck. We can always count on Teton Motors to handle maintenance of these vehicles efficiently. They are not lowest cost but excellent quality and service

Great experience overall, but marred by upsell

I bought a 2022 Subaru Outback through Teton Motors and overall we were very happy with the experience. Jon Pinardi made the whole process incredibly smooth and I appreciated the time he spent running me through the car’s key features, and the offer of follow-up advice for any questions that arise after purchase. The one thing holding me back from a full 5 stars was the upsell. When it came time to do the paperwork, they upsold us on a windshield treatment. We were told we had to make our decision then and there or it would cost more. I would have liked to have known about this beforehand, or have been given time to decide after delivery so that I could do some research. I probably would have still gone with it, but it cheapened what was otherwise a premium experience.

New residents to Jackson

Our family has recently relocated from abroad to Jackson. One of our immediate needs was to buy a car. John Johnson was the salesman who introduced himself to us and immediately his friendly and personable approach made what could have been a very difficult and stressful exercise a pleasant and easy one. These guys are awesome. Had to have our 2000 Tahoe repaired and they got us in right away. It is fixed now and could not be happier with the customer service and service in general. Top notch guys here!!!!!

Great Buying Experience

These guys are terrific! I purchased a Forester today and had Darren Wood as my Sales Consultant and David Cook helped me with financing. Darren took a great deal of time going over the vehicle options/orientation and David explained well all the purchasing options/payment plans. My whole experience was so pleasant as Darren and David were very professional and helpful. If I had known how positive an experience it would be, I might have come in sooner. And It was great not having to travel to Idaho or Utah to purchase a Subaru. Darren and David are a great team and I really appreciated the stellar (and no-pressure) service. Thank you so much

I'm happy to share the Brian, Adam and Bruce with Chevy service went to great lengths to make my life easier for this repair. They communicated honestly and often to keep me informed. I was also lucky that they were able to arrange a courtesy vehicle for me to drive while my vehicle was in the shop. I know that's not always an option. Thank you Teton Motors!
