Wanted a reliable van and got a lemon.

Bought a used Ford Transit 250. Service brake like came on with less than 150 miles. The vibration I told them about was a bad driveshaft and torque converter. Never have I made such a poor purchase and will stay clear of them. Has a rust hole in the subframe and needs new control arms. Beware of them!!

No veterans rebate yet

I purchased a 2022 F-150 on 8/8/22 and as of yet havent gotten my veterans rebate. After calling Steven Lambry he said this is a ford program. I called ford and they told me that the dealer has not filed for my rebate yet. Is there a reason why you have not filed for my rebate yet?

Called 2 times today to talk to Eric to fix my problem and have not heard back. Left 2 voice messages also, must be busy but darn it would have been nice to hear from someone!

Dissatisfied customer

Purchased my 2018 Ford Edge in June and should’ve taken it back within the week! 2 days after purchasing the vehicle my rim on the front drivers side broke in 2 pieces, no one has ever seen this, the towing company and the sheriff said it must have been a defect. Did not hit anything, called auto saver and insisted I must have hit something, when in fact I didn’t, they did pay for the rim but refused to fix the small dent it caused. I’ll never recommend this car dealership to anyone.

Courteous, professional, friendly, my vehicle had a serious recall issue that was repaired while I waited. Noted a couple other less serious issues which I am addressing. Did not try to ?up sell ? other things to me which was refreshing.

Bill was less than originally quoted. Communication was very good. Repair to my car did take longer than expected because part was not easily available.
